Bahn Thai Express

So we stopped in yesterday after all of our running around to grab a bite to eat. This place is in the back corner of a little shopping plaza but don’t let that make a impression on your thoughts about this place. We walked in and it has about 10 tables in there and the lady greeted us and told us to have a seat where we would like. She ask what we wanted to drink and got that right to us. Next we tried the veggie egg rolls and I forgot the other but both were amazing. For meals my wife had Pad Gra Phrao with Basil. This was amazing. My mother had the Pad Beef Broccoli and it as well tasted very good and the meat was very tender it could of had a little more of the juice or sauce with it would be the only change . I had a beef noodle dish which was good as well. The noodles were a little over cooked but still great. Also we made sure we asked for everything to be spicy and well it was not at all so if you like spicy go for it but it definitely does not have that Thai chili kick to it that you may be use to if you are used to eating this food in Thailand. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place

My husband and I just ate at this restaurant. Their fried squid was average but their special, Kai Soi was great! Very filling and perfect to warm you up from inside out! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. The medium heat is really mild. I highly recommend this

Born and raised in Fairbanks this restaurant has always been my go-to for a delicious fulfilling meal. Always friendly and kind, the service is above and beyond whether you’re ordering for pickup or dining in. The food is always high quality, consistent, and just absolutely delicious. My all time favorite is the deep fried squid. Perfect crispy calamari paired with their special sweet chili sauce and a iced Thai green tea, so good! This is what I’ve got in the photo along with chicken Pad Ze Ew and spring rolls. Always my go to for when I’m really hungry.
