MUST VISIT THIS HIDDEN GEM.. Best small burger joint in the area. The workers are always great and friendly. This is a excellent place to visit 8f you are headed north of Fairbanks. Excellent outdoor seating in the summer time. Located directly off the Steele hwy. This place is a true Alaskan Gem. Having a local run close to us BBQ joint is great hope to see more fantastic BBQ I keep hoping they add a beef brisket to they menu but you have to get a burger and add pulled pork to the top.

I had me a bacon cheese burger with fries. The burger was pretty good it had a nice home made look and tast to it. Not grease but not dried. It was spot on.

Best burger I've ever had! Fire cooked burger made for a fantastic burger. New buffalo burger is great too. Always helpful staff.
Best to call ahead for burger to be ready when you get there. About 15 minute cook time, but worth the wait.
Flee market in parking lot on the weekends during summer.
Update: Burgers no longer have the flame cooked taste. Tried many times but just not the same. Been closed most of winter 20/21.

First time trying this little food hut. Awesome burger and a lettuce wrap also wrapped in a foil holder that was actually manageable. Great homemade slaw. Nice people. Will be back.

Ratty Muscle of Alaska meets here once a week. There food is very good I love the bacon burgar. Friendly service and food delivery to my project car. They also have picnik tables with umbrellas to eat at on nice sunny days.
