Great Alaska Pizza Co

The pizza I ordered was not what I received. I ordered peperoni, olive, mushroom and pineapple. What I received was green pepper, mushroom and pineapple. Door Dash was amazing on getting a refund since Great Alaska Pizza wouldn't fix the order and redeliver it. The pizza itself was good. Crust was definitely homemade. Sauce was a bit bland however.

They have the best service in the world. I congratulate you, one of the best attentions and you do your best to have a happy customer. Today I had ordered for uber eats and I thought my order would never arrive, but I called the restaurant and they resolved it in the best possible way. Thank you very much for the excellent attention. Definitely 5 stars

The person on the phone was rude when taking my wife's order. I went inside to pick up the pizza and I asked the guy "how's your day going?" and he starts telling me that he's having a bad day, etc etc. I don't think a customer wants to hear those things. Disappointed with the service. The food was decent.

We ordered two carry-out pizzas from here last weekend, and there were several things that disappointed me. First, our 2 pizzas that we were told would be done in 20 minutes took around an hour to be done. SEVERAL other people who ordered after us got their food first. Second, hygiene is a definite issue at this location. There were people with long hair that was not pulled back or under a hat (and they were flipping their hair all over the place when cutting pizza). There was someone wearing a crop top shirt while preparing food. I have worked food service, and I know that those are usually big no-nos. The man who was delivering pizzas (had a Yosemite Sam beard) seemed to be the only one who had a clue as to what to do in that place. He had to help the other 3 employees catch up between deliveries. He deserves a promotion/raise.
