Wow! This place is fantastic! I got the $5 teriyaki chicken bowl with brown rice and it was absolutely delicious. Really good deal for how much food you get and the flavors are on point. Service was fast and friendly. Seriously, for 5 bucks?! You can't beat it!

What a little gem of a food cart, centrally located and easy to walk or bike to from anywhere downtown. The food here is absolutely delicious, fresh, affordable and plentiful.
The owners are two of Eugene's best with their continued support for different causes and non-profits, donating portions of their proceeds monthly. Such a friendly and cheerful business, coming here to pick up a meal will lift your spirits. Put this one on your list to try, you'll be glad you did and promise you'll go back, it's that good

OMG.... so delish!!! Saw a bunch of folks with those little Chinese takeout boxes and after seeing about a 15 people I had to ask what they had and where they got it. Wrap City and it was the Katsu bowl! Ok then I guess I have to try it. So incredibly yummy! So light! The flavors were amazing! The cinnamon they use was such a surprise to the palate! This is a must try!! They won't disappoint!!!!!

Extremely tasty cart in Kesey Square! The man who owns it is very kind, quick, and prices the food VERY fairly - When was the last time any of us was able to buy a quality meal for 5$? Highly recommend.
