Order was correct, but they had a lot to say about our order, and made fun of the extra substitutions that I requested and paid for. Not only did they vocally complain as I was ordering, they wrote "So much effort" on the cup. Not professional or kind at all. Not the Starbucks way.

Drink had no flavor so I asked for another kind and it was fine. White chocolate mocha had no taste. But good other than that.

This Starbucks has great management and a great crew. I know that it hasn't been easy lately but the crew is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that and I appreciate them as fellow humans.

I visit Starbucks regularly. I enjoy the healthier options as well as the blonde roast coffee. The help is always friendly and will usually attempt to accommodate. My only complaint is when I drive off and realize that they must not have had Blonde and they either substitute with Dark or Pikes. I do not like the dark roasts, they hurt my stomach. I will not drink them and it's a waste of my money. It's about a 50/50 chance that I get asked and I will switch my order to a Blonde Americano. Not my preference, but it doesn't hurt my gut. Please know, this is not specific to this store, it has happened at all stores I've frequented. I do understand that it is an effort to be efficient and get orders out quickly but it ultimately wastes my time and money. Thank you for reading and hopefully understanding.

The kids are great. Everyone needs to push thru all that’s happened including customers. This store lost manager etc. Plus Covid-19 stuff. Been coming here for years. Thank you everyone!

Even with Covid-length lines at the drive thru, employees at this store (and their superior beverage making) have ling made it my favorite. They are always pleasant, get my orders right and their riddle of the week is a welcome distraction while waiting at the window. Love this crew!
