Taco Bell

I'm fat and go to a lot of drive throughs. But I went to get dinner here tonight and had the most pleasant experience of my life related to fast food. Michelle who was our drive through attendent was so polite, she had a fantastic attitude and made me feel welcome, she catered to my picky order and was amazing. 11/10 will be coming back!!!!!

This place is black eye to the Taco Bell franchise loaded with worthless lumps that don't want to work. I waited in line for 30 minutes while they served 3 cars ahead of me. Really 10 minutes per order? When I finally made it to the speaker the kid said the system was down and they couldn't take anymore orders. I drove on through and parked to go inside and order, the doors are locked, went to the front door it was unlocked so I went in. The 3 employees where goofing around playing on their phones, playing music anything but working. When they finally realized me standing there the 1 girl says I thought the door was locked. The other kid proceeded to tell me they are only doing on line order. Interesting how can you do that if the system is down. Fire them all and close the place down! This was a 6:30pm on Wednesday 3/23/22

My order for 3 tacos was incorrect. I went back through the drive-thru and the employee snatched the bag of incorrect food and threw a bag with the wrong food (again) at me. The window was closed in my face as I was explaining what I ordered. The staff person taking the order admitted that she did not enter my order correctly. I was given tacos that were just thrown together. The wrapping paper was wet and the topping were falling out of the paper.

Avoid! Ordered thru app for in store pick up. Got there and door was locked with no sign indicating why. Pulled up to get my order thru the drive thru was informed that they only had medium cups, ordered a large. Got back to eat they had forgotten to include my potato side. No response from corporate when contacted about it

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the entire franchise. Besides poor service and bad food quality, they charge almost twice what other Taco bells charge. Even their dollar menu is $1.89.ea Update. Gave them another chance today. Two cars in front of me and it took 45 minutes to get my order. I won't be going there ever again!
