Little Caesars

Today Saturday, March 26 at 1:38 PM. I just left this location they had absolutely nothing ready no for me of any kind. I asked a little girl who was working there how long she told me 10 to 15 minutes for anything. As I told her to walk out because I didn’t want to wait for something I should have already been ready. Her response is good I gotta save one less customer. That is poor customer service. This location used to always have food ready and was very respectable. The younger they higher the worse it gets.

I ordered a little more than 45 minutes before they closed. A very simple order, A batman calzone, one small classical, and crazy bread that's it. They cancelled it 11 minutes after I placed the order on my way to get it. The order could've been done within the 15 minutes it takes to make a pizza. I understand wanting to get the shop closed down, but this was obvious Laziness. It probably was a manual cancel by the employees or it wouldn't have been considered to go through online because they can't take online orders based on store location at certain time. It's okay though, they cost corporate money anyway✌️

I ordered online and my order was canceled and of course no way to call them about it!! I waited to the transaction is out of pending now it is.... no product gotten...a delivery fee n tip was given..me as the consumer was ripped off . Came in today 6/9/22 ! The young guy at the store made my food n gave me what I ordered without an issue and said sorry!!

Went in there at 8:29pm. I was told as soon as I walked through the door, its 8:29 and we are no longer serving anything. I just turned around and left. I was already hesitant about going there in the first place, but that makes not want to go there again. If its in the evening time dont waste your time please.

I placed an order online yesterday for delivery and they used door dash to deliver and the driver did not deliver all of my order. I called the driver she said it was Little Caesar fault. I finally after 8 calls to the store got ahold of someone and they blamed the driver. Said a supervisor was going to call and have yet to hear from the supervisor. I have called multiple times today and no answer. I want this resolved! I understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable!!

The Little Ceasars Pizza takeout restaurant located in the Shorecenter Plaza in Euclid, OH is AWFUL & I'm never going there again! We downloaded the app, placed our order online, got an email confirmation & when we went to pick up the pizza @ approx 8:30pm an employee who was VERY rude & unprofessional told they couldn't make the featured item that we ordered & that they were closed... now mind you we're standing INSIDE the restaurant @ this time & most importantly the employee couldn't tell us if or how our money would be refunded! I've also noticed from past experience that particular location closes @ random times like 8:30pm when the hours clearly stated 10pm.
