Dunkin'

Always inconsistent with drink order ms especially for a mocha frozen coffee never seem to make it right one day there's mocha chocolate around the inside of cup and another there's no chocolate whatsoever and how hard is it to out a little extra chocolate inside a cup like you would for a coolatta like really and they have the highest prices out of any location ain't right at all! Glad we are moving soon so we don't have to come to this location anymore!!

Someone I try to give people a break, I try to support the local neighborhood, but this place cannot get anything correctly, food and drinks are never right, as usual I went to go and get a large coffee with double cream and two sugars! I get my cup of coffee home and find out it has double cream and eight sugars in it! This has happened so many times that it is turning me off to the Dunkin' donuts brand because I've had the same problems at other Dunkin' donuts, why pay a premium price if you're going to give substandard service and quality!

Idk what kinda anger these employees have, but they keep flipping my FROSTED donuts upside down and put them in the bottom of the bag. By the time I get to my donut it's smashed at the bottom and all the frosting comes off in the bag. They REPEATEDLY do this everytime I order online or in person at this specific Dunkin. Haven't had any other Dunkin mistreat my donuts like that. Whoever's on Donuts in the mornings around 8-10 am needs to be replaced ASAP.

The line was all the way out of the plaza, when I got to the speaker an employee was so rude to me and when I got my coffee it was hair at the top of the drink floating I didn’t even want to waist my time again with this awful service. They also are very unprofessional when it comes to their hiring staff, they said they were hiring and gave my boyfriend a job but when it came to his start date they never gave him one and once he called a week later they told him “they’re to full” and that “they don’t need him anymore”.
