Dunkin'

I was treated horribly by the Indian woman behind the counter! Horrible customer service.. Back story: I am a regular customer who uses their drive through most weekday mornings. Usually, when I use my credit card to pay, I am handed it back shortly after it's swiped, along with my receipt, prior to the bags of food. Unfortunately, this morning my bags were handed back to me and I didn't realize my card was not returned to me. The usual flow was interrupted and before I even noticed anything was wrong, I took my bags of food and pulled off and I didn't realize my card was not in my possession. Hours later when I went to use my card at another merchant, I noticed it was missing. I tried calling their store but their phone was not accepting calls. I had to drive a great distance to return to their store. After returning to their inside counter I gave my name and my card was handed to me. I then asked for a small cup of coffee for my inconvenience, especially since I had to drive a great distance to return. I was told, "No we are not giving you any coffee and its your responsibility to get your card. We can't do that for everyone. And don't ever come here again!" Of course, I loss my composure and became loud with anger! I asked for her name and the manager but she said the manager was not in!

My mother and I decided to make a stop at dunkin drive thru everything was fine until we went to pay and my mother whom recently had a hip replacement could not reach with her payment of change gently tossed it to the man's hands who she apologized to for lack of reach said " would you like if I did the same thing with your COFFEE!" He just so happened to be very short and also handicap because he was about 4 feet tall.. And I'm just having a hard time understanding why they would put a person at the drive thru who isn't even tall enough to hand you your payments or orders because you can only get so close to the window before you need to reach out and make sure your customers are getting a secure transaction.
