I drive from over near Good Harbor Beach just for Cape Ann Pizza because it is that good and the service is excellent!

My wife grew up in Essex and cape Ann is a staple up there. She has been getting their steak and cheese subs for 20 years and craves them regularly. I personally think they are very similar to any other pizza and sub shop anywhere else however where they surpass everyone else is with their service. It’s family owned. Everyone is very friendly and love to chat about anything and everything. They take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. If you are up that way give it a try. ENJOY

Owner is awesome. I had to come in to use the bathroom because I was in the middle of work. I said I would buy something but he said no worries just go to the bathroom. I thought that was very nice of him. But later I stayed to try their food.
If you want the best Beef strew, thick and creamy try it at this place. I think its only available on Wednesday if I remember he mentioned.
We stopped in for a pizza and a couple sides (fries & mozz stix) on our way to Wingaersheek, and everything was excellent. This will definitely be our go-to pizza joint for beach days going forward!

Hands down the best Veggie Sub ever anywhere! So good and packed with Fresh Fresh Fresh broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, onions finely diced pickles all stuffed into a delicious roll with melted cheese on top...a definite Favorite in my book. The pizza is great too. Spotless and efficient business.
Every time we're in the area, this is our must have stop. We do lunches and dinners, menu is fantastic, food is excellent, servings are huge, and owner and staff are great
Just the nicest owner and people that work there. The place is spotlessly clean always. The food is great. Had a fish sandwich and a small bacon lettuce and tomato sub. They offer something new these bowls that have good stuff in them. Will try that next time.
Cape ann pizza has been consistently amazing for my entire life. I remember only wanting tuna subs from here when I was just 6 years old and would not eat them from anywhere else. 20 plus years later and I am still calling this my go to sub shop and have never had a bad meal from them. Feel free to try anything and everything as it is all phenomenal
