Kfc

My order was at noon ( lunch time). They charge me for 30 $ for 2 large rotten coleslaw ( we ask for mash patato )and 8 peaces solid rocks chicken ( mabe from last week) . My wife was very angry when we get home and try to eat it . There was no spoons no napkins jus awful. Latter we understood that’s why no one was there for lunch.

Good food, fast service! Have never had an issue with this KFC, until recently actually. We ordered the 5 piece chicken tender combo and only received 4; however we didn't realize it until getting home. On our next visit, we ordered the same meal and told the cashier about our last experience, so she apologized and made sure there were five. I guess this is why you should always double check your food order. But this is the first and only problem we've encountered here, and my husband still very much enjoys their chicken. Also, this isn't specific to this KFC, but I'm disappointed by their new small size of mashed potatoes. It's been like that for the past couple years I think, but I remember when the "small" size used to give you a little more then just this little skimpy container. I attached a photo - more like junior size if you ask me.

So I guess this is the only way kfc will acknowledge what happened and how Joshua Fernandez( the manger) pretty much assaulted me in front of my wife and kids I was in drive thru trying to get food and he yanked me up by my shirt and tried to pull me through the window and tried to fight me I also did my research on this man and turns out he’s a felon so please be safe before taking your kids here
