The staff is patient and informative. Everything has always been made right-to-order, correctly. Drive-thru, dine in or carryout... It's always up to expectations.
I've personally had the best experiences with Jayden and Robert. 5 stars for this Gold Star location!!!

Fantastic food. The Best Gold Star. Great staff. They are always very friendly and welcoming. We go on Monday evenings----- we look forward to visiting every week.

Had a four way for lunch. Drive thru. The onions looked old or had been frozen. Very small portion. The cracker packs were as large as the main meal. I love Gold Star. It will be a while before I go back if I ever go back. I took pictures!

I love gold star but lately it has not been all that good. There getting cheap on the chili and cheese.

Lots of employees working! I go for the BBQ chicken salad with Fritos on the top! And the hamburgers! Sorry, I like the "other" Cincinnati 3 ways better.

I got a 3 way from there today it didn't even taste like a 3 way it was watered down I don't eat hot sauce but I had to put some on there it was Gross I'm very disappointed of gold star on Dixie highway

Terrible customer service. 5/15 @ 7:30 pm, The HUGE woman w anger problems Is VERY disrespectful. Talking about me to a fellow employee.. while I'm ordering. F her.
