Little Caesars

Extremely rude employee. I came at 9:10 and she was more concerned with doing what she needed to do to close and go home than she was with helping me. Order took a long time to make and get handed to me. There are several other Lil Caesars around as well as other pizza places, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this location. I came during the hot and ready hours, ordered 2 pep 1 cheese with 2 orders of crazy bread, no modifications. I was told it would be 10 minutes, I get it, it’s busy. So I pulled and waited in the parking lot my ten minutes. I went back thru the drive they to pick up my order after my ten minute wait and was told it hasent been started I had to wait again. I asked why and the younger kid just stared at me and called for his mom the manager. The receipt says her name is Carlie b. I asked why I had to wait again if my order with no modifications and she said he didn’t know how backed up they were. At 6:30pm. I have worked in the customer service/restaurant industry for ten plus years, and have never had this service before. I asked her if I could just wait at the window since I’ve already waited and gotten forgotten about once. She then proceeded to curse me out calling me names saying she’s going to refund my money and call the cops. She then proceeded to hand me a refund receipt with the credit card information of someone else. They refused to come back to the window to see what was wrong. My husband walked inside letting them know we never got our refund and now have someone else’s credit card information. The cooks proceeded to stop cooking while busy to stand behinds “Carlie b” while she cursed out the young man from the drive thru window for giving her the wrong refund information. I really hope this is on camera. This is unacceptable.

I left a good review thinking it was the store out on U.S. 42 which is great. This place is terrible, if I could give no stars I would. They never answer their phone, the employees in the Drive-Thru window are rude and one lady acts like her face would break if she smiled and the food has dropped down in quality something fierce. I used to come to this store all the time but I won't be back again.

Don't bother ..I placed an order through the mobile app said it would be read at 9.06pm iget there there's a car in the drive thru...he was handed a pizza so clearly someone was there I pull up no one at the window...I couldn't see anyone I assumed they were busy..I sat there ..8 minutes go by b4 someone came to the window and the said we have nothing it will 30 minutes we close in 40 no pizza tonight for u and shut the window.. b4 I could say a thing ..I raised my voice so he could hear me through the window ...I waited 5 more minutes no one came back to the window ..so I parked and went in ...someone in the back yelled back the same as the person in the window...I said I have a mobile order... ..they finished what they were doing b4 helping me ..I got there at 10 after 9 for my mobile order didn't walk away with it till 9.40 and my wings were missing he said tough break ...I am beyond angry at this. Never agin...never again

Poor service management acts like they don't care so much sauce each bite will leave it on ur cloths way to much .breadsticks never fully cooked 20$ and they forgot my garlic butter as well pizza is gross with that much sauce go back to the 90s or early 2000s when u were good won't be buying again id recommend pizza hut or papa John's more money but way better food
