Subway

I ate here while staying at the Holiday Inn for nearly two weeks straight, since there was nowhere else to eat close by and I did not have transportation. I seen many different faces at the subway and everyone was equally as nice and kind and courteous. I had coupons wish they took no problem, and was always greeted with a smile. They were also very fast when making subs so I was in and out in a couple minutes. Would recommend!

Normally eat at this location throughout the week and occasionally on the weekends. They're selling busy on Saturdays and Sundays. However, today look like they hadn't cleaned it all. The center tables had the chairs up as if they were going to be closing soon. One of the chairs started to slip off the table so I grabbed it. Very dangerous situation. I waited for a minute or so because the employees were around the corner doing something. I looked at everything considering what I wanted on my sub. There were five mushy Tomatoes left in the container. The prep table of self looked as if it had not been wiped down recently and worst of all there was cheddar cheese mixed throughout the tuna which I planned on ordering. I asked politely if they could bring some fresh tuna out. The girl picked up the container and went around the corner then the guy comes out. This guy had a beard with no hair net. He perceives to ask me if I'm allergic to cheddar cheese. What I was allergic to was there poor cleaning and cross contaminating of their food. If I want it cheddar cheese in my tuna I would ask for it to be added. This guy tried to shame me in front of other another customer. I put my drink back in the cooler and suggested that I would go to another Subway where I can get what I wanted to order rather being told I had to accept their newly created tuna shredded cheddar meat product. All this individual could say to me was okay. I drove across the street to the other side of the highway and ordered my sub there. Owned by the same franchisee yet completely run differently. Even the girls working there suggested that they get a lot of complaints about the other store. They reference the guy's name is Josh and just kind of chalk to the office to how he normally acts. Their Tomatoes were fresh and their prep boards were clean and the tuna was nearly out and she gladly brought out some fresh tuna. I hate to take away from the franchisee so I'll continue to come to this location rather than going back to the other location. Hopefully somebody will do something about this individual. I suggested telling the customer that they're wrong when in this case they were not isn't good business. You don't try to humiliate a customer especially when you hardly have any. I would not suggest going to this location on Saturdays or Sundays. Very disappointed.
