Pizza Hut

I did not receive my 2 liter of pop that was supposed to come with my order. My french fries were cold, which was very sad because they tasted really good. Had they been nice and warm, they would have been perfect. The pizza was warm, not hot, but did taste really good. So, I was happy about that. I just wish the fries would have been hot and I would have had my 2 liter of root beer to go along with my meal.

It has been a long time since my family ate Pizza Hut and I was reminded why. The service here was great, no complaints, but the pizza is garbage. The sauce flavorless, the crust like cardboard, but the cheese is the absolute worst. I'm sorry to give this particular store a bad review since there is nothing they can do with the ingredients they're given, but I feel obligated to warn the public. Move on, there's better pizza down the street.

This Pizza Hut does not provide good service. The routinely disregard additional information on the order and are always late with delivery. I have always given a 10-15 minute grace period for delivery service, due to traffic. This particular franchise is always 30-40 minutes late. Go with another pizza delivery service. It's just not worth the cost.

Let me start by complimenting Nicki for being awesome and doing everything she could to resolve the delivery issues that I had. I placed a large order for delivery. A driver called me from the correct street address but in a different town. I told him the correct information and he said he would get here asap. I called and spoke with Nicki and she informed me that they were short driver and had to sub it out to Door Dash (which was fine with me.) She agreed to remake the entire order and I thought it was best to just send someone to pick it up. 30 minutes later the door dash driver finally showed up, the food was stone cold, my wings were missing, and the driver almost hit my dog in my driveway. As he was leaving, my wife returned with hot food. Nicki called and informed me that Door Dash refused to refund my money but she would give me a store credit for a future purchase. I understand the staff shortage and have no ill will against this location nor will I hold it against them in the future. I feel like Nicki went above and beyond trying to make the situation right and I felt very good about our decision to choose that Pizza Hut for our gathering. The food was hot and great!!
