Guthrie's Chicken

Stopped into the Mineola Pike location on a Friday, after receiving order young woman working drive-through did not return debit card. Called location next day at 440pm was informed location was closing at 5pm and I could pick up my card Monday. No one willing to stay for a bit so I could pick up my card and have it for the weekend. In response to the owner claiming they offered to wait 30 minutes or to come in the next day (when they were closed) for me to collect my card that is ENTIRELY FALSE, no such offer was made. Rather than acknowledge the mistake that was made by the attendant and offer an apology, I now have to come on here to defend my position in addition to waiting two weeks for a new card to arrive..

Stopped here after work to get the family meal. Got it home and quickly realized that the chicken strips were over fried to the point that half could not be eaten. I will never buy food from here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. To the employees of Guthrie's on Miniola Pike who were working on 02/16/2022 between 5pm and 5:30pm, you should all be fired.

We stopped in for a snack on the way to the CVG airport. The chicken fingers were great! The fries were cooked to perfection and everyone was happy with what they ordered. There menu and flavor is similar to Canes. The chicken portion for the price was fine. They are crispy and well seasoned. The dipping sauce was wonderful too.the prices were great and the cashier was really helpful and polite.
