Best Pho in town! Kim has been here the longest and it comes through in the traditional dishes.. authentic and fresh. I have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed (I’m pretty picky when it comes to pho). Family owned and operated! The way the broth is made is levels above all the new places that have recently opened. Support this local gem and eat at Kim’s.

I'm vegan and came here with my meat-eating, Pho loving family. We ALL loved what we ordered! I got the sweet and sour coconut soup (vegetable) and fresh vegetable spring rolls. That soup easily ranks in the top 3 best soups I've ever tasted.

The best Pho in Encinitas !!!! Great service, great price, large portions, fast, remember, they are Vietnamese, they don't want you taking your "sweet time" on the table to eat your meal, that's their culture, if you can handle that and don't get offended by getting your bill before you ask or finishing your meal, you will enjoy this place. Kim was present at the restaurant every time I visited there (3 times).

Local favorite spot. Excellent pho, spring rolls, and one of my favorites off the menu is the rice noodles (with veggies or beef). Great service! We love coming here—for take out or dine in.
