i normally don’t write reviews, but it was refreshing to see such a lighthearted, warm person working at this location. I believe her name was Bia? She was very kind and friendly! I loved speaking with her and she definitely gives the location a great atmosphere with her smile and personality alone.

Elmira BK was super busy tonight but I just have to say the staff did an excellent job ! Was moving cars through drive thru at a steady pace. When I got my food the order was correct and even hot and fresh. You guys at Elmira BK are all ROCKSTARS!!!!

Had a bad experience at the Horseheads BK. Went to this one and was a way better experience much cleaner, and the employees were super nice too, also faster than the other one

Can’t exactly say how the food is because I haven’t tasted it, but wanted to give a quick review on the service I just had. I did not catch the woman’s name I just dealt with in drive thru but she was fantastic! She was super sweet and just overall very kind and polite. She’s awesome!

Went there through the line and from the person who waited on me at the drive thru to our order, everything was perfect. Meal was fresh and still so hot when I got it home! Keep doin your thing BK

Food was fresh, and hot! Unlike the other BK close by, we didn't have long to wait for our order and it was made properly! They were a great team getting both drive through orders and in store orders.

This isa place I frequent often because the service is always great and the staff members are always friendly and nice. They remember you and it makes you feel welcomed and wanted when you walk in the door and they say hello so and so would you like your usual. It makes me feel like I am someone special they remembered my name and my order. Will continue to go to this restaurant.

Ever since this burger king in Elmira remodeled the place and hired all new people it has been alot better. My husband and I never wanted to go to that horrible place again until we were in a hurry one day and got food after they hired new people. Our good was fresh and correct we will be going back now. Thank you for replacing everyone that worked there.

It's a good restaurant good employees. I like the sourdough chicken club grilled. If you get one though remember to ask for fresh. Otherwise the chickens too rubbery. Other than that it's a good place. For fast food anyway.
