My mother and myself stopped for some ice cream. The young lady that attended us was very nice & helpful. I shared my bad experience with her from another location & took down my information. The area management contacted me, but I wasn't able to answer. So I returned her call & now we are playing phone tag. Anyhow the ice cream & service at this location was good

Recently my husband and I had a situation with baskin robbins and now it has all been cleared up with the help of manager Eddie Lara. He went above and beyond to straighten matters out. I really appreciate him. The employees at this store are always friendly and respectful.
