Ice cream was amazing. Delicious brownies too. Favorite part was the caramel sauce on topā¤. Staff was quick and listened well. Didn't get a thing wrong. They were patient with my friends daughter (she stutters a lot) and very sweet. Even gave her a little extra whipped cream.
My mother and myself stopped for some ice cream. The young lady that attended us was very nice & helpful. I shared my bad experience with her from another location & took down my information. Recently my husband and I had a situation with baskin robbins and now it has all been cleared up with the help of manager Eddie Lara. He went above and beyond to straighten matters out. I really appreciate him. The employees at this store are always friendly and respectful.
