El Taco Tote

Their food is good, no lie. What costed them their star was not their service because they surprisingly have been pretty good about their service lately, rather their price and the wait. I used to not be so fond of their service or their quality but they have come around! We ordered and were told that the chicken would take roughly 15-20 minutes to make so we said that would be fine. 45 minutes later, I am still stuck at the table with my number. I went up to the preparation stand where an employee that delivers the food is usually standing and asked them if there was an update for our order. They apologized for the wait as we finally received our meal within minutes. It was good but the price for two people has gotten crazy expensive. I wouldn’t consider this your classic sit-down dining, rather more casual and self-serve. I enjoy taco totes flavors, but $26 for two individuals to eat tacos is pretty pricey. Great job recovering taco tote! I say A for effort but definitely a C for affordability for what it is.

First time here today. Place was clean. Service was good. Got my food and came to hotel. Food smelled great but my order was wrong. Got two fajita tacos instead of one fajita and one chicken. Other than that, food was freaking delicious. The red salsa is on point! Next time I come to el Paso, will definitely hit this place up again.
