This was our first time coming here because we've experienced bad reviews elsewhere. Staff was amazing, very nice, and prompt. Food was on point and worth the trip, will definitely come back.

The food is good the staff is down to earth but the facility lacks the upgraded equipment that forces the staff to struggle making food other than that the staff is amazing and as quick as they can be no blame on them thanks guys

Hello I’m so disappointed with this Subway location! I walked in mid day and I was so excited for the worker to make my “yummy” sandwich or so i thought . When I’m at counter the worker starts coughing like he had been smoking cigarettes for 20 years on my sandwich. I asked him if he could cover his mouth, he looked at my eyes and said “ No you’re a women”. I ignored it but when he was about to charge me, it came out to be 25 dollars for one sandwich . I asked why he did that, he said it was because he had to deal with me. I payed it. I thought my bad experience was over when I open my sandwich and I find a cockroach and it was ALIVE. I opened the sandwich more and found snot from the worker. His name was I believe Alejandro. I’m so disappointed, they kicked me out before closing time . NEVER GOT MY REFUND!!

Speedy service! My nephew and I arrived just before noon, not too many people inside. We got exactly what we ordered. I applaud the sandwich artists at the Yarbrough/North Loop location!

I had a great experience here. Did the drive through due and was handled by Carlos and wanted to give him props. Customer service can be taught but only a few have the knack to own it and deliver. It’s personality and it’s attentiveness. He not only listened but was professional and articulate. Please commend him on a job well done.

It was my first time at this location pretty busy for lunch. The male employee was friendly and patient when I was confused with my order. Place was clean considering it was busy. They told me about the app which i will need to get to earn my points. But first i will need to get a new phone. If I am in the area I will stop by again. Overall great!

Very clean and organized establishment. Good food and fast service. Mark was very helpful and patient in helping choose the right meats and toppings for my sandwich. Luna was also very friendly when charging my order.One of the best Subways i have been to in El Paso. Overall a very good experience. Will be definitely coming back.

I went to this subway after I submitted a mobile order, and Eddie was amazing! He helped me at the drive through and he was really friendly. My food was ready way before the pickup time and since I was only a few minutes away it helped out a lot. I plan on making this Subway my frequent stop.

Great food. Always here for lunch. Very clean and nice. Gotta be one of the biggest Subway in EP. Always get great service by the young man at the counter. Eddie i believe. He's always smiling and in a great mood. He brings such a good vibe. I leave happy everytime. Thanks guys. Keep up to good work.

A regular at this Subway for years. Great service and friendly staff. The young man named Eddie is always so kind and helpful. Hes one of the reasons I continue to return that and the amazing sandwhiches he makes. Fix the drive thru too. I feel like it keeps getting worse. Thanks.
