Chuco Burgers

This place is really the definition of a hole in the wall, but the burgers are great. The chorizo cheese fries are a different twist on fries, but very tasty. The chuquitos (rolled tacos in a sauce covered with cheese) complement the burger. Try dipping the burger in the sauce for a different experience. The owner is a great conversationalist. If you are looking for something really different and off the beaten path, you might just give this place a try.

Excellent food. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is very retro with the booths, artwork and car culture details. everything is made fresh to order and comes out of the kitchen piping hot. This place is definitely an El Paso hidden gem. Our food was so good I forgot to take pictures. This is a CASH ONLY place but they do have an ATM on site.

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this hole in the wall burger joint and I can easily say it was one of the best burger experiences I've ever had. The man who was running the place was incredibly friendly and welcoming which made the entire experience even better. I tried their top 3 recommendations. The burgers themselves were absolutely delicious - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chorizo cheese fries were also amazing, crispy and golden on the outside but fluffy on the inside with some perfect chorizo on top. The Chuquitos were *chefs kiss* so amazing with the green salsa. What I loved most about this place was the feeling of authenticity - it wasn't a fancy or pretentious restaurant, just a simple and cozy spot serving up amazing burgers. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food and service. I highly recommend giving this place a try, and enjoying a chat with the friendly man running the joint! Five stars all around.

Easily top 3 burgers in El Paso! Great flavor and not over seasoned beef. I strongly dislike when the meat is over compensated with excess seasoning. A good burger meat has flavor on every bite and they capture that here down to the last bite. The bun is nice, soft and fluffy with that perfect toast on the bottom. Owner is a real cool guy and his wife is an absolute sweet heart, customer service is amazing and I know this man does a lot for the community. Definitely a good place to support when it comes to local burgers!
