Our server for the night was Mia. Mia did an excellent job serving our table. There were a couple problems with our orders that the kitchen staff had forgotten to add to our plate but Mia was able to get it fixed! The food was delicious overall. Mia was able to memorize all of our orders and bring them out fast and accurately, she knew what each person had ordered which made things very easy to identify and organize. Thank you very much for splendid service!!

Had the best dining experience because of my server Mason! His exquisite service was truly appreciated by my family and I. He was on top drinks and always coming around checking to make sure we were good. Very charming and funny guy, I could just go on and on about how amazing he is as a server as well as person. Somebody give this man a raise. 10/10 experience, will definitely go back for Mason uh I mean the food.

We greatly enjoyed our meal and especially the service. Our waiter, Mason, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was able to offer many amazing recommendations. It was our first time in and I loved seeing his hustle, great manners, and sense of humor. We will definitely be visiting again!

We had a server named Mason Farris .This young man was the best server I have had in a long time. He thought of everything. Made our food was warm and my steak tender like I wanted. This sever is a keeper! We will be back.

It was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant. The food I ordered was recommended from my waiter and it was outstanding. My husband and I had Mason as our waiter and he was brilliant, our drinks were never empty and our bread basket was always full. He was very personable and professional, and made our night! I highly recommend to try this restaurant out and request mason as your waiter you won’t regret it!

The food was delicious. We had the nachos as an appetizer and they were very flavorful. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We were very impressed with our server Alize. She was very attentive. She had refills ready for us and we had everything that we needed at the table before we could even ask for it. Her great service made our meal even more enjoyable!

I would like to say i personally don’t really write review unless the service is really good or reallt bad. In this case the service was AMAZING. Jason who was our server was really consistent with what we needed. He was very friendly as well. Jason never left us wondering “where is sever” at like at other restaurants. The food was amazing every plate had just the right flavor that hit the spot. If you plan at dinning at this location i totally recommend to ask for Jason!!

Great American is one of the top steak restaurants I have ever been to. The establishment was clean the environment was very welcoming and comfortable. We had went to celebrate my grandmothers 60th birthday and she was beyond delighted. Not to mention the service was top notch not like any other restaurant I have been to. My server was Jason and he took care of all 15 of us, very attentive, respectful and patient will definitely be returning! 100

Hiram gave an excellent service, I wasn’t familiar with the menu at all, and I was asking a lot of questions but even though he was patient with me and guide me through it, would definitely come again, love the food and the atmosphere, specially the service.
