Our server for the night was Mia. Mia did an excellent job serving our table. There were a couple problems with our orders that the kitchen staff had forgotten to add to our plate but Mia was able to get it fixed! The food was delicious overall. Mia was able to memorize all of our orders and bring them out fast and accurately, she knew what each person had ordered which made things very easy to identify and organize. Thank you very much for splendid service!!

The food was delicious. We had the nachos as an appetizer and they were very flavorful. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We were very impressed with our server Alize. She was very attentive. She had refills ready for us and we had everything that we needed at the table before we could even ask for it. Her great service made our meal even more enjoyable!

Had the best dining experience because of my server Mason! His exquisite service was truly appreciated by my family and I. He was on top drinks and always coming around checking to make sure we were good. Very charming and funny guy, I could just go on and on about how amazing he is as a server as well as person. Somebody give this man a raise. 10/10 experience, will definitely go back for Mason uh I mean the food.

Layout of the restaurant, decoration and ambience, not to mention the food, everything was on point ☝️
I would personally recommend "Porterhouse" steak, the meat was tender, and the cooking was just perfect.

Well what else can I say but my experience at this location was simply amazing. The food was delicious and the place was very well taken care of. Though the ultimate reason I will return will be due to my server Michael. His kindness,his smile,his passion for his job will forever stay embedded in my mind. He always made sure we were content and never was there a need to ask for him or look for him he was always vigilant to what we needed. I'm grateful for this experience this gentleman has given me. His dedication to his customers need to be praised and appreciated. You don't come across many dedicated and pleasant servers like him. I will forever be thankful.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly especially my waiter Michael Avila “You really made our experience here outstanding! If/when we come back we hope you take care of us again because we were so impressed at how well you did your job! . They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good. 😊 🙌🏽 100% Recommend!

It was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant. The food I ordered was recommended from my waiter and it was outstanding. My husband and I had Mason as our waiter and he was brilliant, our drinks were never empty and our bread basket was always full. He was very personable and professional, and made our night! I highly recommend to try this restaurant out and request mason as your waiter you won’t regret it!

Great American is one of the top steak restaurants I have ever been to. The establishment was clean the environment was very welcoming and comfortable. We had went to celebrate my grandmothers 60th birthday and she was beyond delighted. Not to mention the service was top notch not like any other restaurant I have been to. My server was Jason and he took care of all 15 of us, very attentive, respectful and patient will definitely be returning! 100

I would like to say i personally don’t really write review unless the service is really good or reallt bad. In this case the service was AMAZING. Jason who was our server was really consistent with what we needed. He was very friendly as well. Jason never left us wondering “where is sever” at like at other restaurants. The food was amazing every plate had just the right flavor that hit the spot. If you plan at dinning at this location i totally recommend to ask for Jason!!

My Army buddy and I dropped by here for dinner the other day. We were greeted immediately and sat at a table within a minute or two. Our server was Chris OR Christian but he went by Curtis. College grad student of some sort. He was terrific. i knew what i wanted, my buddy not so sure; and Curtis recommended his order. Everything was fantastic. They looked busy; but his service was that of a pro. very nice to see how attentive he was with his tables. Curtis you get a 5 star. Well done and we will both be back. Steaks were both amazing.
