Brought my daughter's in for lunch after a doctor's appointment ok service only thing wrong was the soda machine was out of service and apparently staff does not know how to replace the syrup box along with their machine being flat but apparently there's nothing wrong with it

I bought the original chicken sandwich , but I used a coupon. it is one of the things that I really really like about Burger King. They still give coupons in the mail. I don't have to go on an app to get discounts. m. Most of the other places nowadays, you have to use an app to get discounts on food. I like that I can put the coupons in my car. So if I decide to eat something on the spur of the moment or when I'm out and about. I do not have to take time on a app to get a discount.

Can have some things that are better than McDonald's and vice versa. Definitely a place to stop by for a quick bite if it's in the area.

Prompt service. Good food. Not very busy as apposed to the McDonalds next door. Now my go to for breakfast in the morning. I work downtown

Food and order was good but for being one person who ordered it took like 12min to get my order in the lobby.

Service is very fast. Called my name twice to be sure I got what I ordered. I forgot to tell them to hold the onions. Drinking as much soda as I like is fantastic, also. Good job to the crew!

No running in the restaurant. This BK Lounge has a modern look with both the exterior and interior. Unfortunately, the interior lighting is horrible. It makes the dining experience feel old, antiquated, and dirty because of the yellow tiny. They need to replace/update the lights to something bright and white.

Overall I've had a good experience everytime I come here. Sometimes the speaker may be messed up or BK and it's hard to hear them but the service trends towards good. Sometimes the menu changes like removal of an item or new higher price can be weird but that's a corporate thing. Though that (as of Oct 2019) 2 OG Chicken Sandwiches for $3 deal is pretty killer!
