Jason's Deli

I have been to different Jason's Delis many times, but they are slipping. I bought a brownie with my salad, and they gave me a little plastic house with a number on it instead of an actual brownie. They gave me the salad plate and the other things, but I guess I needed to show more enthusiasm, so no brownie. One of the young ladies came by and gave some attention to the guy five feet away, but I guess the little plastic houses are not in her department. It was only after I went back to the register, where three differently women were chatting, could I convince someone that I deserved a paid-for brownie.

I have been eating at Jason deli for many years now. It started back in 2006 when I lived in Maryland, South Carolina then Georgia. Needless to say Ive given them a lot of my money😃. I can’t get enough of their salad bar. Veggies are always super fresh and from time to time they change up some of their salad bar items. I love their soups and their paninis. One think I wish they improved is the potatoes salad they offer at the bar, it taste to much like eggs. Also download their app and collect their points for free food.

I’ve only tried the sandwiches here and they’re delicious! I got the chicken Panini which has basil pesto sauce with spinach and provolone! My boyfriend got the pastrami sandwich which was really good! The best part is you get free soft serve ice cream after your meal! I’ve been here a couple times before and they have great customer service. My parents love coming for their salads.

The New York Yankee sandwich was overall pretty good. It was large and filling and the chips that come with it are really good as well. It is a dryer sandwich, I'd prefer more mayo and mustard on it to counter the dryness. It is a pricier sandwich ($15 for the sandwich and a drink) so definitely not an every day or every week stop but a good once in a while place. I would probably go again.
