This location is absolutely incredible, they really know their stuff, whether it comes to what to order off the menu to hit the spot, or if you need a guide on some local spots if you're visiting the area. If you get the chance to talk with Saul or Crystal, then you'll have a blessed experience, but the whole staff is awesome.

Staff was attentive and friendly. The food was good and delivered quickly. The chicken thigh was slightly dry but still moist enought to eat. Atmospher is typical of any fast food establishment.

This place is the best location out if all the Don Carbon, they have great customer service and the food is always fresh and the place is super clean. I used to go to the one on Paseo del Norte, but the place and the customer service and food are so so, this is the location to go to

I love their friendly service and food. It's a bit more expensive than what I'm used to but the food is so great I keep coming back. Chickens fajitas are my favorite with the red sauce and grilled onions.

Always delicious chicken. Lots of ordering options. I recommend the #3 with a potato and macaroni salad. You could feed two with this option. 😉 I also appreciate the friendly service. Thank you!

(edit: 4 years after I wrote this, still my favorite) Best grilled chicken in town. Tends to get pretty busy, and while the staff is working pretty hard to get orders out, the place is pretty popular and you can sometimes wait 10-15m for larger to-go orders. Happily a couple other spots (including one nearby) are opening.
Covid note: they are working harder than ever to stay clean and healthy. Much respect. Only restaurant I've seen with this cleanliness certificate. Feels very safe getting takeout here.

Great tasting food. The wait time is reasonable. Their dishes are moderately expensive but you get your money's worth. I really enjoy their whole chicken platers as well as their burgers.
