It's okay, for tex-mex food. I went during lunch and despite the place not being very busy, it took a while for my food to come out. I thinks it's because they only have one cook and one server. I'm not sure if I will be going back since I feel that there are better choices closer to Fort Bliss than this restaurant.

I’m black and I’ve been there 2x and enjoyed the food very well. The first time the lady didn’t speak English, I enjoyed my food. The second time was good too. I can’t complain. I didn’t experience any racism

One of the best PAPAS restaurants I've been with the best delicious food, so good🤤🤤 I got full I highly recommend 👌 this restaurant u will eat n take an order home n for u workers yes they do have burritos 👍👍👍👍

Had the Huevos Rancheros. The beans were tasty and the hash browns buttery and Krispy. But what made the plate excellent was the Ranchero sauce on top of the eggs! It had a wonderful kick to it. I asked for extra sauce so I could drown my beans and hash browns with it. I highly recommend you visit.

A peak at a long established food that bring back yesteryear. The folks there are super and will strive to make plates a little different if u request. My favorite is the Hamburger plates with El Chuco chili beans not cheese with chili. I love this place.

Awesome menudo, burritos are huge and very cheap. The burgers are delicious and affordable. Overall good food at a great price. Plus the staff is super friendly!
