A staff yesterday packed my chipotle like this. Come on.... have some common sense man.
The whole reason someone orders a bowl is to eat it right out of its container.
But he serves ALL the sauce on one side
And all the condiments on the other. Shame...
Train your employees.
And also, casually and commonly out of lettuce.

We ordered two burritos and this is how they wrapped them.
Employees were unorganized and talking to each other instead of processing orders.
Avoid this place and go somewhere that deserves your money.

They can’t keep quality continually. I normally like Chipotle. But sometimes this branch’s steak was too salty. So I didn’t go this place for a while. Last time when I buy food, it was pretty good. So I tried again..and they proved they can’t control tasty. Steak is extremely salty and they can’t control quantity also. Lot of steak(but can’t eat because of salty) small portion vegetable(both of fresh & grilled)
Guacamole is not crushed. Half portion is just avocado.(I like guacamole but don’t like avocado)
I feel to waste my money....

I hope that Chipotle Corporate picks up on this because I'm finding a ton of issues with the reviews to be related to how short staffed this location has been for a while now.
This was one of the few food locations open during the pandemic and have done exceptionally well in the middle of a few condominiums to serve the community.
After returning to some normalcy, and with other mall storefronts opening again, this again is proving to be one of the more popular Chipotle spots. Yet Chipotle corporate is refusing to either pay its staff more, or provide support to staff for continuing to run with less people. Leading to mistakes, etc. The Now Hiring sign has been up for a while now and now they've reduced their hours as well.
I placed an online order for 11:30 not knowing that the store opens at 12pm. The ladies were wonderful in getting food to me in a timely manner, but you can tell they were running on a skeleton crew. There were hoards of people that placed orders prior to 12pm that didn't know the store wouldn't be open. So yet, why doesn't Chipotle adjust this on their app?

Ordered the VEGAN chorizo bowl with ubereats, however I ended up with STEAK which I couldn’t eat.
Also in the other bowl they didn’t put the corn salsa. And the other day they sent stale old chips and under filled dishes- really it was 1/2 the bowl... This location used to be really good, lately they are not paying attention to order notes. Hopefully they’ll fix this.

always no stake after 9pm and i online ordered bowl with guacamole and i pick up my orders there is no guacamole at all lol, and they charge 3 dollars LOL

That "extra" or double protein didn't make up a single serving of any of the other stores. Same with the queso and everything else. Total steal. Visit another store unless you want to have your money stolen. They know what they're doing to people. Who tells them to cheat people? The store owner?

Not every Chipotle serves the same amount of food after my visit here. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, tofu mix with vegs with avocados and lettuce and tomato. The amount of food I received could of fit inside a McDonald's hamburger. I expected the same mountain high serving like everywhere else. I highly doubt my concern will be reviewed.
