I had the most terrible and frustrating experience at this McDonald’s today. I ordered through the app for the first time, and I was excited to try out the deals on the app. When I arrived at the location, the cashier didn’t understand how the mobile order works, and charged me for a wrong order. I then asked them to bring me the right order, and after waiting there for 10 minutes, I asked them where my order is and they told me they never placed the new order for me and blamed me for not communicating which I did. Most staff there didn’t understand or speak fluent English, which made the communication very difficult. The staff all seemed to have an attitude, and shamed me for being cheap for trying the deals in the app, which was very upsetting given that it was my first time using the app and all I wanted to do was to experience this new way of ordering while enjoying some deals that were offered to me. I ended up spending 30 minutes for a simple order. I’m never going back to this location again.

Worst experience ever. I order a filet of fish combo ( as usual) they gave me instead two orders of fish! I had to return from the highway to let them know and, the manager y treated me disrespectfully and asked me for one of the chicken boxes back ( no problem there) and proceeded to charge me for the fries. The lady had the wrong attitude you want to have at you establishment if I tell you more. She said something in Spanish I could not understand and slammed the window on me, gesturing to get out. I am sorry to say more but it feels this lady had an issue with my ethnic background… I really have not ever been treated as I did today in any restaurant, fast food or not. Please let me know that this woman will not get away with treating costumers this way. Appreciate.

The food was horrible. we had to throw it out . The chicken McNuggets were hard and refried. The fries were soggy and cold. The chicken sandwich had no lettuce tomatoes two nasty pickles and it was soggy. The fish fillet was dry and it was only one slice of cheese that was dry on it they put so much tartar sauce by the time I looked at it the bread was already soggy inside. The service was good but the food was horrible we never go there again they need to check the food before it goes out and not give people old food just to push it out..

We ordered food form the app. We were in a rush and were about 1 mile away, when we ordered. We pull into the outside waiting area and added our spot number. We were there about 4 minutes and our food came out. Everyone had straws ( paper straws now) and butter and syrup. Everything was hot and really tasty. I swear its the best micky D's around.
