Wendy's

This place is almost like a McDonalds but it's not. It's a place called Wendy's. I asked to speak to Wendy but she was not there. Instead, I spoke with a Heather who gave me some very hot french fries which were just a little too salty for me. Everyone else i was with said the fries were decadent. I think I will return to this place and order a hamburger. I hope it's great !

Ordered some frostys on the app so I could treat my coworkers, app and Google maps claimed they were open until midnight, got there at 1045 pm, all the lights were on in the store as I entered the drive through, no signs of life as I waited 5 minutes. Drove though to see people behind the counter. Went back through thinking I missed a sign or something. No sign saying they closed early. Tried again, no response again. Watched 5 cars go through, no luck either. Had to go back and give my coworkers the bad news. Disappointment all around.

Went to this Wendy’s a little before 9Pm with no line. We waited at the box to order for 10 minutes and no one came to help. By this time a line was forming and all the lights were on, plus the hours said they were open until midnight, so we didn’t think they’d be closed. We drove around to the window and the woman working had her drive thru headset on and looked like she was just standing there. She then walked over by the window and completely IGNORED me as I honked and asked if they were closed? A bunch of other employees came over and then one locked the drive thru window. The women got smart with me and yelled at me that they were closed. I said why wouldn’t you say that instead of ignoring me and other paying customers? By now the line was 15 cars and she was not alerting anyone they were closing 4 hours early. I went back around to let other people know since she clearly didn’t want to do her job today. There’s always some rudeness or disrespect at this location, especially from this employee but today was just too much, so I had enough. I’m never going back here.

Super disappointed. Almost every time we go to this location our order is wrong, our food is cold, and the lady working there is rude. It’s like someone is paying her to be unhappy. We come back every couple of months hoping it’s gotten better. Cold fries. Cold chicken sandwich. And they always forget the spicy chicken nuggets.
