Seriously, this is my most favorite restaurant on the planet (and I travel the planet!). Service is always great and I have not had a bad meal in 12 years. Quick story, came in late one night and the kitchen was about to close. The bartender asked me what I wanted. I replied that I ready would like a seafood pasta and they did not have one on the menu. He said I be right back. They made me and off menu dish. Eden Prairie Campiello is the best!
Bar service was excellent. The Hennessy Grand Marnier martini was superb, as was their speciality Old Fashioned. The mushroom pizza was top class and the boar just delicious. Did I mention the top class service?
I came here with family one evening and while the food was great, the service was not. Multiple members of my party received the wrong drinks, and our food took a very long time to come out. I'd go again for the food quality, but not if I'm in a hurry. We spent 2 hours in the restaurant, only 40 minutes TOPS of which was eating. Nobody ordered particularly difficult to cook meals, either.
We, our family of 11, just had our daughters 29th birthday dinner celebratioon and had a wonderful time. Our server M. Tolz was excellent. We had three grandkids under 8 and all went perfect thank you to our server and the staff. We love how many of the wait staff come out to serve the meal at the same time. Also that is the way the staff worked for cleaning up etc. The food was also outstanding. A nice quiet dinner and celebration for our daughter. We did bring our own birthday cake and our server, M Tolz took from us and served our cake on plates to us. This could not have been a better dinner experience. Thank you M. Tolz and all the staff at Campiello's!! We will be back!
Campiello's is a great place. Have been there a few times and one of my favorites was the pork loin. My hubby ordered steak and was very pleased with it. Good wine menu and great service - our server was very knowledgeable of their menu and wine selections.

Nice patio. They have a limited menu and are a bit pricey but the food is wonderful, service is excellent and the outdoor patio great on one of our few nice days this year.
The penne pasta has chicken, artichokes, basil, garlic and lemon with a bit of cream sauce. This is their most popular dish for a good reason. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs (lots of meatballs) which he really liked. He said the best meatballs are still at Al Vento.
The tiramisu was excellent but $9 for a small portion.

Best meal from start to finish. We had a gift card for the D' Amico partners and decided to try out Campiello for our anniversary. What a great choice. Our meal started with a great wine and a roasted pear salad that was awesome. Our entrees were the short ribs and a pasta dish. Both were very good, but the short ribs were off the chart good. We ended with a fabulous dessert. My husband and I both feel it was one of the best meals we've had out in a very long time. It is a little expensive, but well worth it for a special night out.
Really miss the one in.... Really miss the Campiello in Uptown,& I also enjoy the one in Naples,Fla. where the food & ambiance is only rivaled by the Minnesota Teams playing on their screens, thanks to the D'Amico family loyalty to their home town.

Our Special Night Out Place. We really like Campiello. The service has always been fantastic and the food even better. On holidays, they tend to go for a set menu, which means their best dish doesn't always make an appearance. When we go, we almost always order their short ribs in balsamic vinegar. The noise level can get loud on Friday & Saturday nights. We try and eat out on the patio whenever we can just for that reason.
The other nice thing is that their menu changes seasonally, so even though we may order the same main course, we mix it up with appetizers and desserts.
They are on the middle to upper end for prices in the suburbs, but worth it every couple of months.
Firstly, never go out on a prom night. The helmet-headed schmucks and their off-the-rack hopeful conquests sucked up all the premier seats leaving us in coach(The bar). This simply meant commensurate service. The salad was slightly over-dressed, and under-rendered. The pears were soggy. The slightly tardy entrees compensated for the aforementioned delay. The chicken was well balanced, risotto aromtic, and the spinach was yum. In fact, the pork shoulder would make an orthodox reform. To take this review to a higher level, suprise me with greater gastronomy, and happy ending service.
Service was phenomenal! Steak was actually rare, and SO tender. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts. A good selection of beer on tap, gorgeous dining room, and a staff that pays attention to detail. Quite a few gluten friendly options.
Wonderful staff who took good care of our large group on rather short notice. Excellent beer menu, delicious food and wine, and a pleasant fine dining atmosphere. They also accommodated gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian members of our group! Annie did an excellent job and was very kind and caring! Overall a great place for a celebration!

Great place, food was prepared and plated well. Staff was very attentive and friendly. They even timed perfectly so that all 10 of us had our plates on the table at the same moment and retrieved them in the same manner.
Definitely worth the visit.
My BF and I visited and had an overall decent experience. It took some time to get greeted, but they were busy so that was understandable (not why I’m giving 4 stars.) We had the mussels as a starter they were delicious. My entree was “unremarkable” I had the salmon and it was as bland as could be. My BF and I were surprised since his pasta dish was delicious. We had the butterscotch dessert and that was also great. Unfortunate that the salmon was as bland as it was.
Really big portions! Good food! Had braised beef short ribs, really good!
