My dad and I went for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. We had to wait a bit and the hostess came by to offer a chair to my dad while we waited � . The food was delicious, best pancakes I have ever had and the service was great. To top it off when our server brought the bill to us we received a 50% discount because my dad is a veteran. Thank you Original Pancake House and we will definitely be back!
Delicious, simply delicious food. Their pancakes are so tasty, perfect texture. The bacon pancakes are my favorite but the Dutch baby is also good, we loved the custard texture along with the crispy edges with a dusting of sweet powdered sugar. Try the smoked bacon, it's some of the best I've tasted. Finish it off with fresh orange juice for a breakfast that really hits the spot.
Best breakfast in town, hands down. Wee bit pricey, but the portions are huge and I end up with two meals out if it. Best eggs in America, I wish I knew how they do it! Always packed so call ahead!
Probably the best breakfast here in the metro area. Only fall back is there will always be a wait. Of at least an hour. If you call in a reservation it cuts the time in half. But it is always packed. But to be honest 100% worth the wait. Pancakes off the charts.

Amazing gluten free choices. My favorite breakfast restaurant!. If you want to avoid the crowd, go on the weekdays when it's slow and the service is quick! I go here on my lunch breaks and I will never get tired of the food here. The service is amazing and the food is to die for. My only wish is that it was less busy on the weekends and it was open later than 3pm so I can come here for dinner too :) Other than that, this is my favorite place to get gluten free pancakes and I will continue to eat here as long as I live in Minnesota!
GREAT! Lots of selection!. First time there and had a hard time deciding because the menu is huge!! LOTS of people there, tables full, waiting area full, and the people kept coming in. On a Saturday morning we only had to wait 15mn due to the quick service and fast turning of tables. Can't wait to go back to try more items from the menu. We had the pecan waffles and coconut pancakes..both were super good! Great waitress, coffee refills were timely..and love the ceramic coffee cups with the restaurant logo.
Great coffee (it better be for over 2 bucks!). Mediocre service (asked the waiter twice for cream and he still forgot until after the food arrived). Good food. I'd go back, but I'm not in any hurry either.
Mmmmmmm!. This restaurant has the best omelettes! Pancakes are great too! Atmosphere is good, with a burning fireplace all winter. The service is friendly.
They have a side room for groups which is very nice.
The only thing wrong about this place is I eat too much, and want to come back too often.

Mmmmmmmm...Bacon! It's pretty yummy! The service there is...ehhh. But the food there is good. If I had to choose between restaurants like cracker barrel, Perkins, and OPH...I choose OPH all the way

Wonderful experience. Coffee was fresh. Ordered the steak fajitas omelet. It came out promptly and was delicious. The pancakes were soft and moist. The waitress was cheerful. I will be back.
Great pancakes! The food is priced fairly and the portions are bigger than average. Highly recommend the coconut pancakes.
I love Original Pancake House, and since many of the locations are individually owned, they all have a different flavor. Very reasonable prices and large portion sizes. Since I have Celiac, this is one of my go-to places for breakfast or lunch. They have a huge amount of gluten free options, including but not limited to: waffles, pancakes, potatoes, sandwiches. My personal favorite at this location is their delicious gluten free chocolate chip pancakes. Their gluten-free food is so good, you will forget it's GF! So delicious. I've been dining here for 10+ years. If you're planning on coming on a weekend, call ahead and get your name down on the wait list. It is a VERY long wait on weekends, but it is sooo worth it. Delicious food.
My favorite breakfest restaurant in TC. Very busy. Great food. Clean. Friendly staff. Reservations accepted. Limited seating due to COVID-19 restrictions.
