I tried to order on the breakfast menu and I was told they are no longer serving breakfast after breakfast hours. That's pretty much all I ever come for when it comes to McDonald's so... I guess, I won't be going there? Drive-thru lady had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Staff is very rude. Short a snippy when ordering. Then I accidentally drove off without my food. When I called the lady said to drive around again and hung up on me. Like I understand I drove off but your going to make me wait through the drive through again to get my food? When someone could've just ran it out.

Since I was a kid and remember the big Mac first coming out. McDonald's has always been a go to place for fast food having never drastically changing its menu a good ol Hamburger is the same as it always was. A good Hamburger.

2-yr-old granddaughter enjoyed a sausage egg biscuit with a chug of milk for lunch 😋 and I appreciate this McDonald's on Holiday Drive (and in Galena) having the hot mustard sauce for nuggets. I was really impressed with the service and speed, too.

I preferre this mcdonalds over all for dubuque iowa they are always polite and pretty quick at orders I've never had any issues with them.

They never get your order right have been several times it's either wrong or they are missing things

Food is edible service is slow. But it will hit the spot when nothing else is open

Many of the workers were extremely rude and didn't seem to know how to have professional retail skills. Their customer service was not that good and they were really snappy through the intercom when we were ordering.
