Subway

Pass this one up. Some miscommunication when I asked if I could get a veggie wrap and the fact that no soup had been warmed yet, ended up with no options for an order for me. At the register while paying for a drink and chips I again said that I had just been to a subway that had a veggie delight. The cashier said, “really”. As if I had said something that was absurd. I called back once outside to say that the online menu had a veggie delight listed. I was then faced with a pubescent response that led into a barrage of accusations that I had been offered a wrap and turned it down. This hateful young lady thought that continual talking over me would change the facts. Boldly told me her bosses name too. Wow. Not worth the time or bad service when you can simply go to another exit. At that exit they have veggie delight wraps.

I can deal with stores being out of products. I can deal with subpar service. But I cannot ignore a child running around the kitchen. The child must have belonged to an employee, since one particular employee was chasing the child around and ignoring customers. The child was running around the kitchen smashing dishes together in bins. He could not have been more than 2 years old and was running around the kitchen barefoot, with food all over his face, and was touching everything in sight. Not only is it dangerous for the child, it is completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I will NEVER be back here. I am disgusted. The management at this store really needs to get their employees under control. What I witnessed during that visit can only be described as an absolute disregard for both food safety and the safety of a kid. Irresponsible on all counts.

Associates are always very sweet, attentive and quick to get your order completed and every time I've been there they have everything stocked. One complaint was the one time I ordered ahead I arrived 5 minutes early and my sandwich was just sitting on some shelf. No clue how long it had sat, if anyone had touched it, no bag or napkins were provided.
