People who ordered KFC received their orders very quickly. While anyone who ordered taco bell waited over 10 minutes. I know it was lunch time, but that was a very long time to wait. The cashier was very friendly.

I keep seeing alot of folks complaining about the long waits and some people are rude. One thing you have to understand 50% of the staff is kids, high school kids, at their very first job and they have people yelling at them every day bc something was not right. Be nice to the kids. Everyone I have came in contact with was super nice and sweet after having rude customers yell at them or throw food at them. If you don't like the service then don't go back. They already don't have enough people to work there, yelling and throwing temper tantrums is not going to help. Be kind!

The person at counter was fabulous and helpful. But chicken was soggy and biscuits were not done in middle. Chicken was super salty. Wish I had ordered the crispy.

My family and I were recently visiting the Williamstown area with my inlaws and some of their friends. Most evenings, we made dinner at the Airbnb where we were staying, but on one particular evening, my wife, kids, and I were on our own for dinner, so we decided to give Kentucky Fried Chicken a try. KFC isn't a place we visit frequently, so we were looking forward to trying something "new." You know, that's what you do when you're on vacation. Am I right?! The food we got was pretty good, but the order wasn't quite right, preventing me from being able to give it 4 or 5 stars. We got more rolls than we ordered which would usually be a good thing, but we were missing all of the honey we had ordered (bummer). It's a small mistake, but we were far from home and didn't have our usual pantry full of stuff that would allow us to make the best of the situation. I could understand a simple miscommunication if we'd ordered at the drive-through, but I placed our order through the mobile app. I assumed this meant every aspect of our order was displayed on a screen during fulfillment. After 92 years of operation, I expected these mistakes to be eliminated. However, I'll cut you (KFC) some slack. Every corporation I've ever worked for has been around long enough that they shouldn't be making the mistakes they do either. Just keep that "continuous improvement" mindset, and the stars (ratings-stars) will come.

Tried to feed my son some macaroni and cheese that tasted like formaldehyde. Told them, they replaced it with another one that smelled like the first. Finally they brought a corn, that didn't smell foul.

Occasionally we get the craving for KFC and this is the second time I ordered ahead via the app and I like to say they do a very good job. Order was ready and complete , restaurant clean, and staff friendly. In todays time finding a well ran restaurant with the help shortages they face is a rarity. Well done staff of KFC in Dry Ridge

i live 15 miles from this location so it’s a drive anytime i choose to visit here. check your order ask them to repeat it back because when they mess up and you have to drive all the way back to have it fixed they won’t care…..you have to bring back the wrong item and pay the extra for the correct one….it was so busy i didn’t want to take up lane time by checking. So check your order.

Long wait. It would have been better if they tell customers the wait time upon entering to save a lot of peoples time and also not overwhelm the place who may might be short on staff or maybe experiencing equipment breakdown.
