First I want to say I’m grateful that they always fix there mistakes but if you’re a vegetarian asking for meat substitutes you should probably tell them. I’ve asked for beef to be subbed out and it hasn’t like five times. They are very kind in giving me a free meal in return but it’s really a bummer driving home and seeing your meal is messed up :/

I mean it was closing time, but almost every drink was out, so I got a cup for just ice. My tacos barely had barely any meat. The bell grande didn't come with any cheese. And lastly we asked for Mac and cheese but got fries.. and no cookies with either meals.

Food was ok but it took 30 minutes to get our food. They take the fast out of fast food.

The employees are super friendly and accurate, the location is clean and in good repair inside and outside. The food looks and tastes good. However this is the slowest Taco Bell ever. I was there a few days ago and waited 30 minutes from when I got in line to receiving my food. This extremely slow service has happened many times however management doesn't increase staffing. A year later service times are not any better!

Using the drive thru, we had five people with five special orders. Drive thru attendant was amazing. He got all our orders correct, was friendly and he went above and beyond for us. I wish I could remember his name, because he deserves employee of the week, month, and year.

Taco Bell has improved. My Tacos Supreme were tasty and fresh! Better beverage options now too. 👍

The service Is very slow, like everywhere no one wants to work so I'm sure they are understaffed. Also when u combine 2 restaurants together the menu choice is too much never seen it work out good. When u get the food go through bag to make sure you have everything before driving off, hit or miss on dining room being open so you will have to wait in line all over again!!

This place is horrible ! The drive threw takes at least 45 minutes to even get threw ! And they denied us a cup of ranch because they said they weren’t aloud ! RIDICULOUS , on top of all that , of course they messed our order up ! WILL NOT BE BACK !
