Last Time I go here. I waited over 10 minutes with no line to place my order due to poor training of employees. Then they messed up my coffee and added 4 shots of caramel flavor instead of expresso. Horrible service and higher prices to go with it. How excellent and cheap is my at home coffee bar. Invest people they are better than spending 200 a month on poor service.

I got a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The bread was a bit chewy, but that may be a characteristic of sourdough. Good sandwich and always, great coffee. My husband was very happy with his plant based sausage and a sandwich, but he asked for no cheese and there was cheese on it anyway.

Worst decision for breakfast The bacon was soggy and was only barely cooked in the same dirty dirty oil they cook their donuts in then so it was secondly sweet And very soggy There are hash Browns which we only got about 6 were also very soggy and fried in the same dirty oil that needed changedAnd my mocha Frappay was very very bland and lacked flavor

My partner and I are extreme Dunkin’ lovers and a bit obsessed to say the least! We religiously order our large iced mocha latte with 2 extra shots of espresso like it’s legit going out of style. We recently started coming to this location after our usual location stopped making our drinks correctly (e.g., ringing up & charging for the extra espresso but then not putting it in the drinks). And yes, we 100% could taste & see the difference! In the beginning we did have them correct it each time it happened but yet time & again at random it would happen & eventually it got exhausting. We made the switch to this location and I’m disappointed at myself that we didn’t switch sooner!! You all rock🤘🏻& make our day less stressful❤️ we thank you a million!

They didn't put anything I had asked for in my drinks and instead of giving a cold foam they gave us regular iced coffee with no cream or sugar. Only a small bit of French vanilla

It's a Dunkin' in Nashville! I always have the same problem at Dunkin's outside of New England, I like my French vanilla flavor shot, I specify it concisely, "not the swirl, the shot" ok is the reply, then I return it and say this is swirl, I wanted the shot (swirl is sweetened, shot is not). I'm used to it, and why I don't drive through outside New England.

Major props to the staffer that took care of us. She wasn't wearing a name tag but she was friendly and worked hard. The wait was long to get your order, it's hard to say it's due to staffing as there was 5 employees we could see. But during this time of understaffed and overworked employees we afford some grace for long waits. Our food order of munchkins, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a wake up wrap were good. Made correctly and hot when we received them. Our coldbrew coffees were a disaster. The pumpkin coldbrew tasted of pumpkin syrup and no coffee. The coldbrew with sweet cream was warm leaving me to believe it wasn't traditional coldbrew coffee. It tasted of bitter coffee that sat on a heating element after being brewed. Just be aware of long lines and check your order. But show Grace and be kind!
