Cracker Barrel

Came in and was sat right away. Flat ware was placed on table that was super dirty. I told server and he said oh does it look dirty… I’m no it looks nasty! (See pic). He fixed. We ordered and 45 minutes went by and people who came in after us had their food. Ours finally came and I ordered a steak WELLLLLL done; but blood was on the plate and the steak was so NOT well done. 🤮. I wouldn’t visit this location again. Positive ~ they removed the steak from bill (duh cause I sure ain’t eating it) and the manager was SUPER nice.

Put our name in for a table and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. That was expected for a Saturday evening. It ended up only being MAYBE 10 minutes before we were seated (the text message notification system is neat too). Server was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint was that we asked for mushy broccoli and it was still crunchy (edible, just not the texture preference). Our server offered to get us another batch, but we said it wasn't necessary. Manager was even out of the floor to bus tables and asking people if their food was good. He was very friendly as well - chatted with us a bit.

Your typical Cracker Barrel. Shopping area was stocked and had a wide selection. No one was there to check in, the one said he e would check for a table and never returned, the second seemed to have a attitude for having to help. The rest of the experience was as expected. Overall experience was that food was great as always but service was pretty poor in comparison to other stores. I would still try it again in hope of a better staff.

Went with 3 additional family members. Restaurant was not busy and we arrived about 11:30 am. Our waitress was friendly and stayed in top of things. We never had an empty glass and she was eager to assist if we needed additional condiments, food.etc. We were there for quite some time and never felt rushe to leave. The food.was hot and was presented very appetizing..we had so much food. We took leftovers home.
