I got a sandwich here called “The Bacon” and it was delicious. Among other items, the sandwich had bacon (of course), apple butter, and jalapeño aioli on country toast. While the sandwich price was a bit high at $17, the ingredients were high quality and we’ve got to make sure our workers get paid.

Best sandwich in Denver hands down. From the meat down to the condiments and bread the sandwiches we tried were to die for. The wagyu pastrami was the best I've ever had and the turkey sandwich was also delicious. We opted for the Mac and cheese side which also did not disappoint. It was clearly homemade with a nice creamy cheese sauce. Beyond the restaurant there is also a deli counter and a small selection of local snacks and drinks. My only complaint is that the restaurant is quite small so I imagine it would get quite crowded during the weekend. I will definitely be back to try other menu items as well as their dinner options and desserts. I would absolutely recommend stopping by to anyone in the area. The prices were a bit steep at ~15 for a sandwich but it was worth every penny!

This place is delicious! A friend told us to go and I’m so glad we did. We got the bacon sandwich and Mac n cheese.

Fantastically fabulous sandwiches! What else do I need to say?? They proudly display their hand-cured meats and have original sandwiches plus meat for sale. I had the bison pastrami. It was a perfect size. Quality over quantity. It was the best bison I've ever had. Great artisan vibe and quality. It reminded me of Portland. They said they have already rated the best sandwich in Denver...

Swung by for lunch a few weeks ago while in town. The sandwiches are truly out of this world, especially the pastrami. My only beef with this place is that the self serve water was never filled the entire time, even though it was acknowledged by staff that it needed to be. Hey, at $39.60 for two sandwiches, I definitely want more than a half of a plastic cups worth of water.

Might be the best places to get a delicious sandwich in the entire world. I drove from Oklahoma to find out. I am impressed. All the staff was super cool and the place was full of everything I needed to nosh. I was given the Hoggie for me to start then was told to grab the Italian next. I'm here in town for the Digital Wildcatters Energy Tech Night and tomorrow's Social Octane Rockies Home Opener block party. I'm with Knight Fire Specialists as the VP where we engineer and manufacture one of the world's leading fire suppression systems to protect equipment investments and precious personnel from the catastrophic loss caused by incipient thermal events. The gatherings I'm attending will be to network with oil, gas, and energy professionals who provide affordable, reliable, and abundant resources for human flourishing. Together with research, technology, engineering, data, safety, innovation, software, and collaboration; our future, liberty, and energy security will continue to ensure our world thrives.

This little deli/salumi is a must for cured meats & delicious sandwiches, especially THE BACON, possibly the best BLT I've ever had. I found out about this place because of this amazing Bacon sandwich, but will be returning now to try their charcuterie and cured meats. They have a whole in house butchery, with all quality sourced ingredients, and even a wholesaler to buy their product all over the country! The reason I came in was for THE BACON. Shaved Bacon, Apple Butter, Jalapeno Aioli, Lettuce, Tomato Pecora Fondue, on Country Toast. Holy Cow this sandwich is amazing, I already want to go back for it but need to try other things here. Just went back for breakfast, the breakfast burger is now possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Sausage, Egg & Cheese with lettuce, Tomato, bacon jam, and damn good sauce on local ciabatta. Perfect place to check out if you love local cured meats

This place is amazing. Every breakfast sandwich I've had here has been very tasty. BLT, breakfast croissant, breakfast burger, all great. Their sandwiches are also great. I've had the hoggie and the pastrami, and they were both fantastic. Great little intimate space for seating, and coffee right nearby. Working on trying the entire menu

Popped in on a Friday morning as I passed by on my morning walk. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich to - go. Smokes! This place is SO ON POINT! The staff were great! My sandwich was next level delicious. They cure all their meat in house. Will not get a breakfast sandwich anywhere else!

Great sandwiches and house cured meats. I regret that I wasn't able to try the duck prosciutto. I am very thankful that the staff let my restaurant industry colleague and I tour the kitchen and get some picks of the curing room. When I visit my friend in Colorado again, I will return.
