Probably the best coffee I've had in years. Their homemade almond milk is to die for and in their espresso drinks is so smooth. Also very friendly people and nice environment. This place is a gem.

My partner and I just made our first visit to the Congress Park location, and we were beyond pleased! The space that Downpours occupies is fresh, clean, and comfortable, with ample seating and sunlight. I loved the subway tile walls and the white-and-black color scheme. I enjoyed a breve latte that was perfectly rich and hot, and he sipped on an americano. We practically inhaled Downpours' homemade breakfast burritos, while sitting on the patio. Friendly staff, delicious drinks, and homemade food made this a must-return spot for us.

Love this place. Chill vibes, delicious coffee with homemade syrups and oat milk. Breakfast burritos to die for - gluten free tortillas available as well. Outdoor seating and natural light flooding the indoor seating. Everything you're looking for in a cozy coffee shop as well as awesome staff. Loved this photo displayed as well - titled 'Rock On' Mom & Dad 1978🤘🏻😝

Great little place, cool decor. They are battling staffing issues at the moment but if you can be patient and cool they have a really tasty gluten free vegetarian breakfast burrito (normal ones with meat available too, sausage was the option today) Very tasty chai with oat milk alt

Wonderful coffee shop with great coffee and great service. Stop by one morning to grab a quick latte and Downpours did not disappoint! The staff were so sweet and lovely. The cafe was cute. The latte, burrito and pastries were delicious.

The ginger syrup, what a revelation! I got the gingerbread latte and really enjoyed it. However, fiancé got a lavender latter which was just OK. Solid breakfast burritos. They do a loyalty punch card. We’ll be back!

Coffee was good, I had a cold brew nitro. I also had a breakfast burrito, it was good size and delicious. The have vegetarian burritos available as well. The place was smaller, and busy. Looks like it was a popular place to go with your laptop.

Their hours are a little on the short side but that's not too bad. Otherwise, they are the ideal place to work from home when you don't want to work in your actual home. Good coffee, nice baristas, honest prices, and plenty of power outlets.

This place has my heart in terms of atmosphere and a solid cup of espresso. While the coffee is not the best I've ever had, it does not disappoint and they have some unique flavors like honey lavender lattes. There's a nice patio out back and a quiet interior with small tables for getting work done. The staff are friendly and deliver your drink promptly after ordering. I'd also recommend trying their croissants and breakfast burrito if you want a snack alongside your coffee. Overall, it feels like a friendly, neighborhood coffee shop with no frills. A great place to sit and chat with people or hang out enjoying a weekend morning.

Downpours is a great little neighborhood coffee shop that serves delicious drinks. I am an espresso lover, and pretty much every variation I’ve had there has been excellent. Located in the heart of the Berkeley neighborhood, there is always a good atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to people watch. Also a good place to bring your work or have a meeting. Staff is quick, skilled, and friendly. Very enjoyable.

Cute shop with some space to work if you’d like. Coffee is not bad but $1.50 for oat milk is crazy. It feels like a tax on those of us who don’t drink dairy and it amazes me that milk from oats is charged more than milk coming from an animal

The make their own chai, almond, and oat milk! This place is the best coffee shop I have ever been to in ANY state. Be warned, their breakfast burritos will ruin all breakfast burritos for you. Their homemade green chili sauce is drinkable, its ridiculously delicious. They had my name and order down by the 4th time I came in and have ALWAYS been the sweetest, friendliest, and most efficient workers. There are two ladies who (it seems like) work the register the most and they deserve a raise, they are such wonderful employees to have as the face for Downpours. AMAZING.
