First time there today to meet my uncles for lunch. Man the food was very delicious. Cool little spot on the corner of east Colfax. Only negative thing would be parking as it is next to a residential area. Parking can be challenging depending on the the time and day. But once you get in, the food and atmosphere make up for it. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and next to mine it was the most delicious dish I had. My uncle had the short ribs and that was pull-a-part perfection. My other uncle had the chicken and as you can see looked as delicious as it was served. Thank you guys for your passion and amazing food. Keep up the great work you out did yourself!!!! If you are looking you definitely need to visit this place and simple the yummy goodness that they are dishing out!! Definitely returning to try all items on this menu!!!!!
Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was! I had a Mediterranean Grilled Chicken and my boyfriend had the Crispy Fried Chicken. We also got the tots to share and a couple drinks. My dish was big for me so I had it for leftovers the next day and it was just as good as the first time! Will definitely come back here and try some other dishes!!
Chop Shop was a great choice for my hungry family. Everyone found something they liked. The food was flavorful and fresh. The fries were hand-cut, so already 10x better than any others. I ordered a side of spicy aioli to dip them in which took them to the next level. The burger was delicious and our food came out quickly. This stop was a very good experience overall.
My fiancé and I flew in from Tampa, FL to Denver for vacation and needed to grab lunch because we were starving! I went on Instagram and saw this place and thought it looked interesting so we gave it a shot. Let me tell you we were not disappointed with this find and are planning to make a second visit on our last day in Denver because it was that good.
The service was phenomenal, not only was he kind and helpful with the menu but he also gave us recommendations of things to do in the area.
The food was so delicious too! The combination of flavors in my chicken bacon ranch sandwich was heavenly, I also added tots and those were fresh and crispy as well. My fiancé got the southwest salad and it looked as good as it tasted.
Definitely worth trying this place out if you’re in the area.

Chop Shop is a fast casual, order at the counter type of joint, but somewhere you can get Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf or 48 Braised Short Rib! Everything is made in house and wonderfully made.
They have a range from entrees like I previously mentioned, to a range of salads and sandwiches like their Chicken Pastrami! One of my new favorite spots!

We tried the 48 hour short ribs, crispy fried chicken, Mac n cheese and brussel sprouts. Our favorite was the crispy chicken which had a delightful light and crunchy breading. Nice hip Deli like atmosphere with quaint tables. I felt like the sauce for the short ribs was a little too sweet and should have been a bit more savory with a mushroom gravy or something (carrots were delightful) but a good plate in all.
I ordered the fried rice with chicken. It was absolutely delicious!! I wasn’t expecting the food to be have such quality based on the casual vibe of this place and was genuinely surprised. I will definitely start adding this to my list of frequented restaurants!
Absolutely delicious. Food came out really fast. Very friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We got the short ribs and the pork rice noodles. Killer food. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely wonderful food the smokes chicken pastrami on rye so good this place shocked me with it's food it was so good I'd say a must try!
Amazing food! This place has a mix of interesting food options for most peoples' likings. They've got vegetarian options too. The food was soo vibrant and tasty! If I lived in Denver, this would had been my go to spot! Great service and amazing staff
