The entire experience was well worth the drive! The service was wonderful; our server (Jaime) was exceedingly patient patient with us and walked us through each of the options. There was a bit of a wait between ordering and receiving food, but it was very busy so we went in with that expectation. When the food came though; that exceeded expectations, from the fresh vegetables to the cuts and presentation of the meats. Make a point to find this place and go hungry!
This place is AMAZING!!!! The staff is super AMAZING!!! Hands down the only place I love going to get our hot pot fix!!! Forever a customer!!!
So good. First time having butter broth and really enjoyed the flavor. Abalone was great after I figured out to only boil it for a few seconds. Also had prime ribeye, brisket and flounder. All of the meat and fish were top quality.
I had an amazing experience at this hot pot restaurant! The fresh ingredients and variety of choices were outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, with attentive staff making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic hot pot meal.
The staff alone 5 stars. Busy as bees, yet still have a great attitude. Took a friend for her birthday, and they made the dinner super cute and special!
At the end of our dinner, some staff came over to sing Happy Birthday to her with a light up sign. Made me feel like we had gotten bottle service at the club. Highly recommend for good food, and a great dinning experience!
Great place. It was my first time doing hot pot. Friendly staff and they were great at explaining everything. We got brisket, chicken, beef tongue, broccoli and various noodles. It's pretty simple, you choose your broth and then do the meat and veggies in, they cook in a few seconds, you scoop it then eat. It's a real blast. I got the Tom Yum base and it was a bit 'citrus'-ey tasting, it was good but I'll likely go with something else next time so that I don't have all acidic flavors the whole time. That being said, the whole trick to this place is to find a broth that you really love because then you stick with it (potentially) the whole rest of the meal. But hot pot is tasty and fun. I would highly recommend if you want a fun and slightly fancy night out. All appetizers that we ordered were deciduous was well. Will look forward to going again!
The food was fresh, the service was very helpful (especially with all my questions), the music was an interesting choice (reggae-ish...?) and a little too loud for private conversations to be held comfortably.
For our first try at hot pot, it was a success. And also a special occasion-only meal.
Had an incredible lunch yesterday. It was my first time at Bronze Empire but I'm here to tell you not to be intimidated! Our server did an incredible job walking us through the menu, process, and answering all of our questions. We felt welcomed and the food was so delicious. I did the Tom Yum Pot and would definitely recommend it for those who like Thai inspired flavors without too much spice. Looking forward to returning and trying more!
Hey this was great! The Szechuan peppers are real (good numbing action). Great selection of meat and veg. Sauce bar. Great wait staff. What’s not to like!
A high tier hot pot place for a more sophisticated hot pot dining experience. Not all-you-can-eat, but I think the portions are great & worth it especially in a big group! The quality of all the ingredients are good, they have excellent variety & a good sauce station! This is more or an upscale eating experience vs a pay one price that you might be accustomed to, but the service, quality, and overall atmosphere is part of the meal experience!
We enjoyed many plates of meat. Their wagyu is delicious, soft & melt in your mouth. All the other cuts of meat we had were also really great quality. Vegetables, noodles & tofu selection were also fresh & delicious!
They also make your birthday special with a slice of cake and a neon birthday sign when they sing to you!
Dry pot is delicious! One order would serve 3-4 people.
I can't express how amazing their dry pot is. They make it fresh for every order so often takes a long time, I recommend ordering ahead of time if they let you. Great decorations. I haven't tried their hot pot, but they have top notch hot pot tables and neighboring tables have always looked like amazingly fresh ingredients. I'm so happy to have found this place, it really scratches the authentic Sichuan Chinese food itch.
