So good. First time having butter broth and really enjoyed the flavor. Abalone was great after I figured out to only boil it for a few seconds. Also had prime ribeye, brisket and flounder. All of the meat and fish were top quality.

I had an amazing experience at this hot pot restaurant! The fresh ingredients and variety of choices were outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, with attentive staff making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic hot pot meal.

At the end of our dinner, some staff came over to sing Happy Birthday to her with a light up sign. Made me feel like we had gotten bottle service at the club. Highly recommend for good food, and a great dinning experience!

Great place. It was my first time doing hot pot. Friendly staff and they were great at explaining everything. We got brisket, chicken, beef tongue, broccoli and various noodles. It's pretty simple, you choose your broth and then do the meat and veggies in, they cook in a few seconds, you scoop it then eat. It's a real blast. I got the Tom Yum base and it was a bit 'citrus'-ey tasting, it was good but I'll likely go with something else next time so that I don't have all acidic flavors the whole time. That being said, the whole trick to this place is to find a broth that you really love because then you stick with it (potentially) the whole rest of the meal. But hot pot is tasty and fun. I would highly recommend if you want a fun and slightly fancy night out. All appetizers that we ordered were deciduous was well. Will look forward to going again!

The food was fresh, the service was very helpful (especially with all my questions), the music was an interesting choice (reggae-ish...?) and a little too loud for private conversations to be held comfortably.
For our first try at hot pot, it was a success. And also a special occasion-only meal.

Had an incredible lunch yesterday. It was my first time at Bronze Empire but I'm here to tell you not to be intimidated! Our server did an incredible job walking us through the menu, process, and answering all of our questions. We felt welcomed and the food was so delicious. I did the Tom Yum Pot and would definitely recommend it for those who like Thai inspired flavors without too much spice. Looking forward to returning and trying more!

A high tier hot pot place for a more sophisticated hot pot dining experience. Not all-you-can-eat, but I think the portions are great & worth it especially in a big group! The quality of all the ingredients are good, they have excellent variety & a good sauce station! This is more or an upscale eating experience vs a pay one price that you might be accustomed to, but the service, quality, and overall atmosphere is part of the meal experience!
We enjoyed many plates of meat. Their wagyu is delicious, soft & melt in your mouth. All the other cuts of meat we had were also really great quality. Vegetables, noodles & tofu selection were also fresh & delicious!
They also make your birthday special with a slice of cake and a neon birthday sign when they sing to you!

I can't express how amazing their dry pot is. They make it fresh for every order so often takes a long time, I recommend ordering ahead of time if they let you. Great decorations. I haven't tried their hot pot, but they have top notch hot pot tables and neighboring tables have always looked like amazingly fresh ingredients. I'm so happy to have found this place, it really scratches the authentic Sichuan Chinese food itch.

This was my first experience eating Chinese Hotpot. The team at this restaurant were very friendly and helpful in guiding me through this amazing experience. The broth had amazing flavor and was replenished constantly throughout my meal. I was provided a large amount of meats, veggies and noodles with my meal. I will definitely eat hotpot again, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Hot Pot 101:
1) pick a broth base
2) pick a meat
3) pick your noodle
4) veggie combo or pick your own veggies
5) mushroom combo or pick your own shrooms
6) add seafood for surf and turf
Once they bring the broth, wait for it to boil then add noodles, veggies, then meat (in that order). Meat will only take 5-10 seconds to cook.
Go to the make your own sauce station and have fun! Or ask the waiter to make you a speciality one! Use sauce to add flavor to broth or to dip meat into.
Also try the scallion pancakes as appetizer !

This hotpot is the best out there. Their hotpot soups are the best I have ever tasted. They have a good serving of meats and you get your own pot of your hotpot soup. They also have a wide variety of sauces that you can customize based on your taste.

I’ve been here a few times now with my daughter and I’m surprised that it’s not been very busy when we have come. This place gets great reviews online and for good reason. There’s a large variety of foods to choose from, the broths are very good, and every time we have been here we have had a great meal. It is most definitely worth a try!

Wow what an amazing spot! Definitely want to come back here. Large serving sizes so if you order any of the same stuff for your table careful to not get too much. Linda helped me and my guest and she was just a delight loved her attitude and service even though we came in kind of late and made a little mess.

Simply amazing experience, our waitress was very attentive. They where all very understanding of our messy 1yr old the food was amazing, the a5 wagyu is a must try I tried the house broth my wife tried the butter broth, butter was very spicy but very good, house sauce was packed with flavor very savory. I will be returning.

I will say that overall dinner was good. For some reason we didn't realize it was hot pot (I just Googled "Chinese restaurant near me" and this was the closest). It was a fun experience. I personally didn't care for the broth I got (Szechuan), but the meat and veggies were good. This place was too pricy for a casual night (for me anyway), but I can see how it would be a great option for a planned night out. We got one meat, shrimp, noodles, and veggies and it was about $70. The staff was also really nice.

The entire experience was well worth the drive! The service was wonderful; our server (Jaime) was exceedingly patient patient with us and walked us through each of the options. There was a bit of a wait between ordering and receiving food, but it was very busy so we went in with that expectation. When the food came though; that exceeded expectations, from the fresh vegetables to the cuts and presentation of the meats. Make a point to find this place and go hungry!

Service was great, our server was very knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Kung pao chicken.. was great just a little salty. My partner got the hot pot. The concept is a great idea but it was beyond greasy. Too much to enjoy even after spooning the thick layer of grease off the top of the soup. The crab wonton are really good.
