This place is so amazing!!!! I can’t wait to bring more ppl to this fabulous spot! Great architect amazingly cool staff! Building is a blast from the past! Come on bring your friends! Absolutely one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever eaten to date not to mention Denver! Do not sleep on this spot! Weston, Ellie and Connor were wonderful to hang with!

The customer service here really surprised. I remember stopping by randomly because it was late, I hadn't eaten dinner yet and I didn't feel waiting to get home and cook. I was a bit surprised when the staff began speaking with me and asking how my day was. I just wasn't used to it. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the service is great. They're always checking if you're doing good or if you'd like anything else. Pretty good drink selection as well. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for a fun and interesting late-night spot to grab food and drink in downtown.

I had the most incredible experience at Tom's Starlight where the bartender's (Andrew) swift and courageous intervention saved me from a distressing encounter with a Hinge date. From the moment I stepped in, the restaurant's welcoming ambiance and attentive staff (Andrew and Riley) put me at ease. The bartender's remarkable poise and immediate action ensured my safety. Their commitment to guest well-being underscored the true essence of this establishment. Beyond the impeccable service, the culinary offerings were a delight. This restaurant is not just a place to dine; it's a haven where patrons are genuinely cared for, making it an exceptional choice for anyone seeking an safe and extraordinary dining experience.

I met up with my family at Tom. Starlight on Colfax. It was a stormy night in Denver. And we ended up ordering two mac & cheese, two Enzo pizzas, the beef quesadillas, and cheesy fries. Then we ordered the beef sliders, which I recommend. The food took a little bit longer to make. So we were waiting a bit yet the waiter was very attentive. He made sure our drinks were filled. It’s a nice place to come hang out with friends and the outside looks pretty nice and maybe on a sunny day I will experience the cabanas if you’d like to review leave a thumbs up.

I was there tonight for a meetup, and wanted to say that I was absolutely floored. This was my first visit to your venue, and not only was I surprised by how beautiful your restaurant and grounds were, but the service AND food AND drinks were ALL top shelf. Still being relatively new to Denver, I haven't yet found the place that I could call my favorite spot. That place "where everybody knows your name". The place where the staff are courteous, drinks are strong and well balanced, and the food is absolutely gourmet. I ordered the pork chop with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Let me say: everything was cooked TO ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. The pork was perfectly done, tender, moist, and flavorful, nestled atop a bed of house made applesauce which was simply divine. No other words for it. The applesauce alone made me want to call my mom and tell her about it! The asparagus was that perfect crisp-tender with beautiful and flavorful charred bits gracing the outer edges, and the perfect amount of seasoning. The potatoes were roasted to perfection and not a moment longer, with a slight golden brown around the edges, crisp outside, and a lovely tender middle. All was lightly but appropriately seasoned to where the natural beauty of the food and the fresh seasonings danced in my mouth to create a symphony of an amazing meal. And the service..... If there was any aspect that exceeded the beauty of the food, it could only be the quality of the service. From outstanding wine recommendations to a well-balanced and easy to drink old fashioned, the staff stole the show. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I knew "this is the spot". I will be returing soon (and frequently). Thank you for this amazing experience!

I have been wanting to try Tom’s since it has been refurbished. It has a fun atmosphere and a cool outdoor seating area. Started with a Mai Tai, which was good. Enjoyed some flatbread to start. We each had a salad. I got the beet salad and my dinner companion got a chicken Caesar. We shared the macaroni and cheese. We both liked it all. There is a 6% service fee added to the bill. Waiter was friendly. Parking was hard. A lot of searching and finally found something 2 blocks away.

Tom’s Starlight is such a fun spot. If you loved Tom’s Diner… you will love this even more! The decor, food, atmosphere and service are all impeccable! I think the lounge with the fun orange swivel chairs are my favorite, along with their menu and their mocktails (I’m a sober girl!) Highly recommend for any fun night out!

Love Tom’s so much! The sliders are delicious & a great range of drinks. Good happy hour specials & Sippin pretty on tap is a plus too. Only request is to hear that mid century era music (like you played during the soft opening) all the time! Really makes the ambience. Can’t wait to be back outside in the summer!
