Great old style dinner experience. The service was excellent, coffee good, food good and portions huge. The price was a bit high for a burrito but given the size understandable. The green chili was tasty but could have packed a bit more flavor. All in all you won't be disappointed.
My waitress was very kind & knowlegable. I ordered the Pattymelt with extra grilled onions & the cook made it deliciously perfect!!👍☺👍
Service was fast & friendly. After I was finished I was offered a complimentary rice pudding for dessert & I gladly accepted.☺
Even though given that everything tasted wonderful I still believe that the menu prices were a bit high for what appeared to be more of a much older, family type of place. My Pattymelt was $11. which is a tad steep IMO.😐

24 hour diner. Huge menu including lunch. Cereal options and pancakes if that's all you're feeling. When we first walked in, there was a ton of people flooding in and we were discouraged because we felt there'd be a long wait. We were seated in less than 10 minutes at 11am on a Sunday. Don't be overwhelmed by packed parking lot and people waiting. You'll be seated quickly. 3 TVs in case you need to see Sports. Single bar seating, too.
I love this diner! 24 hours a day, they have awesome food with good prices. The crowd there is always unique... I've been going here for years and it's clean, friendly, and there's always an owner on site.
Only two complaints is the black print on brown background on the menu is nearly impossible to read, and the homeless Tweaker's loitering on the front steps.
If you want a good breakfast & quick service with a smile this is it. Wide selection of good food from Huevos rancheros to country fried steak. They don’t skip on the portions!
The servers are just awesome. My coffee is always full and hot. I never have to ask. The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I have been here many many times over lots of years, and never a complaint. Breakfast King goes out of their way to please the customer.
I came here because it's been here since before I move away in 1985. They're obviously short staffed, as it seems every place within the hospitality industry is these days. I seated myself at the counter, a little surprised there were any seats available, given the hour, 8:00am, and the day of the week, Friday. My server though seemingly run off her feet, was pleasant and knew her menu. I asked if the chile in the eggs Santa Fe was green chile and she confirmed it was, with not even a second's hesitation. Yes eggs were cooked perfectly over easy and the green chile was good. All in all it was at I remembered it from nearly 40 years prior. Highly recommend Breakfast King, for breakfast
I like the place maintain there tradition . Set is old , still work like old school. Portions are quite a size . Everything was tasting great.
Come on.... It's breakfast king! If you like Uber clean fancy it's not for you. If like a old school cool diner with good food, and huge portions then go check it out. I go here at least once a month.
I absolutely loved going to breakfast king! Our server, Gina, provided great service and was very kind. I got the breakfast burrito. The food was so good and fresh. The green chili was probably some of the best I’ve had. Great food, great value, great staff!
