Trattoria Stella is an outstanding Italian restaurant. Interesting food. Great presentation and ABSOLUTLY the best pasta that I've had in my life. I couldn't stop eating. I started to be worried that I might not be able to go to sleep that night I ate so much. I think the fact that they make their pasta from scratch in the kitchen is why I was able to have sweet dreams that night. I have to go back to see if it was all a dream.
Trattoria Stella is a phenomenal Italian restaurant. The food is consistently fantastic, with some classic Italian staples as well as some distinct and unique flavors that are all delicious. Alex, the owner, is incredibly kind and attentive, checking in on tables and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves.
Their brunch is also some of the best I’ve had, in Denver or otherwise, and is completely slept on. We rarely have to wait for a brunch table, and the food is so much better than other places nearby and elsewhere in Denver with much longer wait times. It’s classic brunch fare with some small twists, all of which work wonderfully.
Finally, we also hosted our wedding shower there and couldn’t have been happier. We had the back room reserved and Alex worked with us the whole way to help us set a menu, make suggestions about the amount of food we might need, and was so accommodating the day of when we had to make some small changes. Everything was handled, and all our guests raved about the food and the service. We couldn’t have been happier, and will continue to go back to Trattoria Stella again and again.
My husband and I love this place very much, we like absolutely the whole menu here! The staff is always polite, nice interior.
We ate here for the first time and the experience was excellent. Our server was the general manager and he was very attentive and had great recommendations. Everything we ate was phenomenal and all made in house. I love that they served warm facoccia bread to start.
Good food! Traditional Italian cuisine. It was a busy Saturday night and they were a bit short handed on the service so it took awhile for food to arrive but it was worth the wait. We had good company to talk to so it was only a minor issue.
Ate here for brunch. The staff is so kind and energetic. The portions for the price was wonderful. The food was magical, great flavors, unique combinations, and succulent textures. The interior is cozy and matches the comforting food.
This place is the hidden gem brunch spot in Denver. Their food is seriously amazing. I've never been disappointed by their quality or service. They are a swanky pasta restaurant by night and are only open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but mannnn, their food is super legit. I might be blowing up our own spot by posting this but this is my new favorite brunch spot in Denver. 11/10.
Service was prompt. Our hostess was very friendly. She was also our server. The bathrooms were clean. We sat outside and had a very pleasant brunch.
The 32nd street pasta was a cornucopia of flavors which were surprisingly perfect together. The goat cheese brought it all together, a smidgen more would be perfect. I'm not a fan of white wine but the pecorino was great(not to sweet or fruity) and paired well with this dish. Even the kids butter and olive oil pasta was 'the best ever'. Service was also great thanks to Cody.
I had a fantastic time at Trattoria Stella. I went on Sunday, 22 Oct, and the food and drinks were the best I had outside of Italy. THe recommendations from the chef/general manager were perfect for me. I got the special of the day, along with a wonderful mocktail.
