Being attached to the Warwick Hotel I wasn't expecting much beyond an okay steak and beer. To my surprise, Randolph's exceeded all of my expectations, from the quality of food to staff. The manager, George, was extremely friendly, hospitable and greeted me upon sitting down. I asked for a recommendation, he suggested the filet, explaining it was local Colorado beef, and assured me I would be happy. He could not have been more right! From Hawaii to Amsterdam and back, this was hands down the best filet mignon I've had. My waiter Nick was extremely attentive and friendly, even helped with some local hiking recommendations. I don't think I ever had an empty glass during the meal. The cook is simply amazing at Randolph's, the quality of the food and presentation is far beyond what I expected. In addition to the amazing food, management was superb, and the waiters truly care about their job. Very long story short, I'm getting another filet tonight while on my trip.

October, 2015 - I was staying at the hotel (Warwick) and decided to have dinner there. The soft ambient lighting made the place very cozy and romantic. It was also very confortable. They had a nice selection of wines by the glass, and the lamb chops were delicious. The bar was also very good. Had a wonderful time, there.

The interior is pretty and the wait staff was excellent. My only problem was with some of the food. I went with a large group that ordered many appetizers and wouldn't describe anything we got as good, it was pretty bland. The main courses however were great!

We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't terribly busy, but we still had a great meal, service, and experience. My filet mignon was prepared perfectly and my wife's scallops were as well. They gave us a different bottle of wine than we ordered, but only because they were out of the other and at the same original price. We started with shrimp salad and an assorted cheese and meats appetizer and they were great with the wine. We loved the flavors and the pairing with the wine. I did like how the alcohol list is on an iPad. We sat on the patio and even though it was on the street, it was still pretty quiet and romantic. The service was a bit slow, but we weren't in a rush and she did a great job nonetheless. I think I agree with other comments about staffing, but this really didn't detract from the service and quality of food. The best part of the evening was the valet. He had a great attitude, looked like Tony Stark from Ironman, and even remembered my name when I bumped into him in the lobby. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our meal at Randolphs. Randolph's is a large, elegant, airy, well-appointed space, with comfortable seating and lovely views of downtown. There are cloth towels in the men's room. I always appreciate a hotel that will go to the time, trouble, and expense to provide this simple luxury. To start, we were treated to some wonderful ciabatta, hot out of the oven, with a perfect garlic chive butter. As an appetizer we had the lump crab cake accompanied by a sauce that was a little overbearing for my taste. My partner, who goes sauce-free, thought the crab was perfect. We then enjoyed the escarole Caesar salad. The dressing was a little too lemony for our taste, and we agreed that we would have preferred the standard romaine. However, the salad was super fresh and well-presented and especially good with a little more of that ciabatta. Our main courses were outstanding. My partner loved his scallops, and my pork loin was over the top. I asked for a substitution in accompaniments, and they cheerfully obliged. The result was perfect, with a lovely sage flavor just in time for the holidays. We finished with the deconstructed New York cheesecake, a sweet finish to a great meal. A strange element was a piece of lettuce which might have been meant to be a green presentation aspect. Maybe they ran out of mint. Our server was perfect, but other staff could have been more punctual in removing our leftover plates. All in all, it was a great meal in a lovely setting.

Enjoyed a beautiful lunch with colleagues at this lovely new North Capital Hill restaurant. The pork cheek and octopus starters were phenom. The prosciutto pizza to die for. And the desserts... Yes, plural... Don't judge. I will be back again and again. Well done to the Warwick team on a gorgeous dining experience.

We stayed at the Warwick hotel and decided to try it out and it was great!!! The service was great and the atmosphere was classy and romantic with it being my wife's birthday. The food was excellent and the wait was not long at all.

I highly recommend this restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed dinner here a few days ago. The waiter was very nice and attentive. It atmosphere was very calm. The large windows are nice and fill the restaurant with natural light, which was nice. I loved how quiet it was in there. The food was excellent. My husband had the clam chowder followed by the stuffed quail. He thought both of them were very good. They are small portions, which were just the right size for a meal! I has the seared tuna with the Duck L'Orange for a main course. The tuna was very good, the seaweed salad was amazing that came with it. The duck was to die for! Every bite was amazing. It came with brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes, which were very good as well. I was in the mood for a fruity drink, but I do not drink alcohol. So I asked the waiter if he could talk to the young lady behind the bar and ask her to make me an interesting drink. He brought out a mojito with blueberries in it. I loved it! My husband also ordered the creme brulee for dessert. He very much enjoyed that. A very nice restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful evening.
