Monical's Pizza

We called in an order, were told it would be 15-20 minutes. Pull up, they say it'll be another 3-5. 25 minutes later, we go see what's up. They hadn't even started our food, almost an hour after it was called in. The girl working the window was rude and dismissive. When she finally brought our food out, it wasn't bagged, so half the order toppled into the car. No apologies offered for dropping the food or waiting almost an hour for four sandwiches.

So, I'm originally from little Rhode Island. Where there is cheap take out EVERYWHERE. Recently moved here and wanted pizza after a rough day. These guys were the only ones who delivered to my address. Price was crazy (remember, in RI it's like $7 for a large at Little Ceasers) but my family was hungry. So I ordered it, swearing this pizza was NOT gonna be worth the price. Got the pizza and immediately noticed the difference. This pizza is made with LOVE. Whoever makes this enjoys what they are doing. Big dough, fresh ingredients, killer toppings. It. Was. The. Best. Pizza. Ever! Totally worth the price!

Ordered a pizza with double pepperoni, double mushrooms, extra cheese & green peppers and onions. Got a pizza with sausage, very few pepperoni, some mushrooms and the veggies. Ordered 6 of each kind of wing. The bbq wings were burnt black on one side. Inedible. After a hard day with several challenges I just wanted one thing to go right... everything else that we ate tasted good, but still, you want what you ordered and you want it palatable.
